Unlike Lockwood store this ones food is fresh!! Biscuits are soft and fluffy!! Chicken was nice and golden brown not dark brown like Lockwoods. My only wish would be that they add green beans and bring back the strawberry shortcake dessert. Keep the good job up and show Lockwood store how it's done!!.

I normally dont have any issues here, but today the customer service was awful. I had requested a large sweet tea lite ice with my food. When I got to the window the young man asked to clarify sweet or unsweet, I told him sweet. He then gave me a small tea with lite ice, I told him I asked for large. He told me he didnt hear me say large. But when I placed the order it was a woman's voice. I told him I would like a large, he shut the widow before I could inform him that I didnt mind paying the difference. What was the most rude and even disrespectful is I watch him take a large cup fill it with ice and them dump the small tea into it. He put so much ice that he had to dump some of the tea out and then handed it to me. . . So I didnt even receive the proper drink I requested and the disrespect I felt was absolutely shocking. Will not be coming here again if this is how they treat their customers for a mistake they made.

I’ve gotten a chicken sandwich here, and there was way too much mayo on it, but I kind of love KFC chicken so I never say die - that said, I went to try the Twister today and it was absolutely disgusting. I unwrapped it and the wrap is like the lamest looking tortilla wannabe, so that’s a bad sign right off. The end I took a bite of was like way too much starchy bland wrapper, but I did get a huge mouthful of whatever white sauce they put on the thing. I tore the end off, as it was just a huge folded wad of dough with a load of the sauce and a few bits of lettuce. I opened the thing up to find the tenders and there were two skinny tenders swimming in this white goop, a little lettuce, and no tomato that I could see, so I threw the whole mess back in the bag and cleaned up the slop that fell out when I removed the end. The combo came with five nuggets and fries so I just ate those. They were fine. I couldn’t believe how bad the Twister was. Awful. I just might not go back.

Woker Yoselin was very disrespectful. She doesn't know how to speak to customers like a decent human being. This location should be ashamed to have such a rude neglectful person as an employee. I will be contacting corporate about this person. She should not be allowed to work in customer service.

OMG! You finally get 2 customers and still have horrible service. To pay $15.79 for food and not be able to eat it…diabolical! Macaroni and cheese:watered down no taste, chicken tenders were dry and hard/one was not cooked and the drink taste like water which was suppose to be a Dr. Pepper. I asked the cashier for BBQ she gave me Honey Mustard. She didn’t give me a receipt but it was the African American female with the blonde hair. My apologies if I disturbed her when I came to the facility….IT WON’T HAPPEN AGAIN.
