I normally dont have any issues here, but today the customer service was awful. I had requested a large sweet tea lite ice with my food. When I got to the window the young man asked to clarify sweet or unsweet, I told him sweet. He then gave me a small tea with lite ice, I told him I asked for large. He told me he didnt hear me say large. But when I placed the order it was a woman's voice. I told him I would like a large, he shut the widow before I could inform him that I didnt mind paying the difference. What was the most rude and even disrespectful is I watch him take a large cup fill it with ice and them dump the small tea into it. He put so much ice that he had to dump some of the tea out and then handed it to me. . . So I didnt even receive the proper drink I requested and the disrespect I felt was absolutely shocking. Will not be coming here again if this is how they treat their customers for a mistake they made.

I would like to report disappointing service. My experience was awful at this location. I arrived at the box at 930PM. I was never acknowledged. After 3 mins I said hello. The response was “give me a moment.” After two additional minutes, the person was back on the speaker and took my order. By the time I got to the window she mentioned an item I didn’t order so I repeated my order. The cashier didn’t even want to pass me the drink until after I handed her my card which I thought was odd and it made me feel like she was treating me like a thief. I chose to ignore it. After she swiped my card I asked her about the sauce because she never mentioned it. Her response was “What would you like it’s on the window.” Again, I ignored her nonchalant response on top of the drink issue. She then told me to pull forward because my food was being prepared. As I pulled forward I was unable to turn the curve due to a previous car she ask to move forward. As I was waiting in line, customers started blowing horns. She leans out the window and tells me to pull up and I advise her that there is still a car in front. She then said just pull anywhere or park. I then got out of the line and drove back around. I had to wait for someone else to order. After I made it back to the window it was 9:40 ish. I asked to speak with a manager and she said I am the manager I asked to speak with another manager and she began to close the window, and someone named Beatty came and I expressed myself and she showed no empathy and didn’t care what I had to say based on the frustration she displayed. She handed me the bag and said nothing. I inspected my order and I received the wrong cake and a box that said nuggets, cold fries thrown into the box, cold tenders, and I felt the sandwich, which was also cold. I asked for the apple pies I purchased, and her response was to open the box. I am extremely offended by both of these ladies' actions, and I would like a district manager to contact me, not a store manager. I will also be reporting this further.

Unlike Lockwood store this ones food is fresh!! Biscuits are soft and fluffy!! Chicken was nice and golden brown not dark brown like Lockwoods. My only wish would be that they add green beans and bring back the strawberry shortcake dessert. Keep the good job up and show Lockwood store how it's done!!.

Uber delivers should be sealed food and drinks just like McDonald's do. I received open food. Per Texas food safety regulations require food to be protected from contamination during storage, handling, and transport. Unsealed delivery packaging raises customer safety concerns. Do better KFC

I want to give this place its props for keeping such a clean eating area, cooking area and probably the cleanest bathrooms in the area. The people that work here are always on point and super respectful as well. Five stars for sure! 🙌🫡
