Jessica and her team are attentive understand life and it's challenges me and my fiance both went thru divorces before we moved her team understood there would be challenges financially with us getting back on our feet they have helped any way they can. We thank you!!

Jasmine, Jessica & Maggie has been accommodating, professional and helpful.. definitely an all star team.

I've have really enjoyed living at Cortland Inkwell Greenhouse for the last 3 years. The apartments are modern, clean, and super comfortable. Everything feels new and well taken care of, and the layouts actually make sense—lots of space and storage, which is a huge plus. The staff here is awesome. The office team is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is always quick to respond if anything comes up. It’s nice knowing that if something breaks, it’ll be fixed fast. The community is quiet, safe, and has a great vibe. There are some nice perks too—like the gym, package lockers, and fun resident events. It feels like the kind of place where people actually care. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a solid, hassle-free place to live.

I have lived her for about 2 months and all I can say is “you will not regret moving here”! The staff is awesome, we have a state of the arts movie theater, gym, cycling, pet spa, and the best espresso/latte/ coffee machine (save money on your morning coffee).

We haven’t been here for five months. At first everything was great some of the staff are great at their job the maintenance are good at their job, doggie poopie bags were restocked the doggie park did not have any poop on the ground but after being here for almost five months is like the resident with dogs do not care at all they leave their dogs poop on the ground. The dog park is full of dog poop. Me and my spouse stopped taking them their. Every time we go we make sure to pick up after our dogs but sadly a couple people do not do the same. The elevator on building three.. I have two big dog and they are female so i supposed if they pee on the elevator/on the corner of the stairs/corner bottom of the stairs or anywhere on a wall or floor it would be a whole big mess not just a couple drops of pee so to get blamed or assume it was my dogs it’s just sad at this point.. Getting two complains of my dogs being on the balcony when the first time i took them out because i was cleaning it’s understandable but the second complain not sure from where is coming because i haven’t taken them out at the balcony since the first one so assuming with was my dog’s once again.. Sad. At this point my dogs are getting blamed for things they haven’t done specially on the elevator. This Apartment is supposed to be dog friendly and a clean place but we are getting sent email’s and reminders of complains of other things how about they send reminds of people picking up after their dogs/cleaning up after their dogs on the elevator and throwing away the trash on the shoot. This review is because they are assuming and complaining on the wrong person the front desk lady that lives in the same building started assuming because i took my dogs down the elevator and it was already pissed when we got in i’m not going to clean after another resident who does not care about their pet’s pissing all over. What they should do is place cameras on the elevators and the trash rooms and complain with the right residents instead of assuming and blaming others.
