There’s no reason residents or prospective tenants should be waiting 30+ minutes for assistance while only one leasing agent is giving a tour to a new interested tenant and four others are left sitting in the waiting area to which every single person but one couple left. Another employee remained in the back on the phone during this time. When the new to us leasing agent came out, she didn’t greet anyone I genuinely thought she was a resident and then said she was leaving to do something else without acknowledging those waiting.

Me and my fiance have lived her for 3 yrs just signed another 16 month lease out apartment overlooks pool which we love. The front office staff has been. Nothing short of amazing. Jessica and her team are attentive understand life and it's challenges me and my fiance both went thru divorces before we moved her team understood there would be challenges financially with us getting back on our feet they have helped any way they can. We thank you!!

Avoid this place Worst management. Dismissive, unresponsive, and constantly overcharging tenants. Rent increases with no improvements, dirty and unsanitary trash chutes, and noise complaints are ignored. After moving out, we were hit with a false and inflated move-out statement—cleaning charges despite leaving the apartment clean and an unusually high water bill we never had during the lease. Feels like a tactic to take money from tenants after they leave. Do not move here.

Just moved into this property and I love the peacefulness and cleanliness of the property and all the great amenities. The front office was phenomenal in helping me transition into this property. Jasmine, Jessica & Maggie has been accommodating, professional and helpful.. definitely an all star team.

I've have really enjoyed living at Cortland Inkwell Greenhouse for the last 3 years. The apartments are modern, clean, and super comfortable. Everything feels new and well taken care of, and the layouts actually make sense—lots of space and storage, which is a huge plus. The staff here is awesome. The office team is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is always quick to respond if anything comes up. It’s nice knowing that if something breaks, it’ll be fixed fast. The community is quiet, safe, and has a great vibe. There are some nice perks too—like the gym, package lockers, and fun resident events. It feels like the kind of place where people actually care. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a solid, hassle-free place to live.
