Date: 01/09/2025 Time :7:28 pm Restaurant: 11023 To whom it may concern. I Mr. OG stopped at Church's Texas Ckichen located at 9825 Jones Rd. Houston TX. 77064. To purchase dinner for Myself, and the family. At witch time I pulled up to the drive through window, and spoke to the Clark, ( Claudia A). I requested two orders of the Tailgate Special witch containes a Meal of 24PC wings with one Large side. At that time I ordered 2 of the meals. Claudia stated that no one etders this meal in question that much. Claudia also asked if we liked these meals that we ordered I stated yes we did as a family. At witch time Claudia stated it would take 15 minutes to prepare these Meals. At witch time Claudia requested that we pull to the front of the building to standby. At witch time I moved to the front of the building. My Self, and family waited 30 minutes for the meal to be prepared. At witch time Claudia came out the Door with our meal. At witch time we preceded to travel home. At witch time upon opening our meals we became real angry. We had ordered Buffalo flavored wings on both orders. These orders where do soaked with Buffalo sauce that we could Not Even Eat them with enjoyment. My total came out to be $58.52 for a meal that myself, and family could not eat. Please be aware of this location.

First time at jones rd location, and it exceeded my expectations. They actually had spicy chicken and it was 915pm, that’s a first anywhere when it comes to church’s chicken! I also want to help recognize the workers that were there, very kind and quick with it. Very happy, fresh biscuits, fresh chicken and the service was the best. I give this location 5 stars. Will be back for more spicy chicken and mash potatoes w gravy!!!

Drive thru person hates life or their job! Don’t work fast food if you can’t do it with a smile and actually treat people decent! Then turned around and talked about me to the cook/person getting meals together lol 1st and last visit! Get someone else to do your drive thru! Currently pushing away new/current customers and that money yall not making!

Well, for $38 I thought it would be better. Chicken tasted okay...was supposed to be legs and thighs but a couple of those pieces looked a lot like breasts, biscuits no idea...I got the next guy's chicken too. Mashed potatoes looked a lot like coleslaw and the Mac and cheese was maybe a week old...it was eating through the bottom of the containers (I was given 3 small ones instead of one large one). The gizzards were over battered and burnt. I gave it three stars because the sweet tea was really good. Lesson learned don't leave the counter and check every container before you walk off.

Ordered online for pickup. I ordered 2 Surf-n-Turf entrees with 4 additional shrimp in each. They handed me one box so I asked if everything was in one box? Upon checking, they only had half my order in the bag. No apologies nothing. He then proceeded to cook the other half of my order while the order in the bag was getting cold. Don't waste your money on the "Surf-n-Turf" cuz it's nothing but popcorn size shrimp and weak skinny chicken tenders. Steer clear
