After waiting almost 2yrs for this place to open, they definitely dropped the ball. I placed an order for pick up online and they still managed to mess it up. I asked for spicy mustard and instead my sandwich was drowned in regular mustard. We also found hair in the food and could not get past the poor presentation and overall quality. Sandwiches were very soggy all over. I would not recommend.

I order a tuna sandwich, fries and a grilled veggie sandwich to go and had about a ten minute drive. When I got home the veggie sandwich bread was completely soaked. Inedible. It was like the bread was dipped in water, ended up just eating the insides which were actually pretty good. The tuna sandwich was boring and had very little flavor. The fries were okay but definitely not “the best made to order fries”. Just your run of the mill frozen deli fries.

The subs here are amazing. They actually make it when ordered, so it's not like other places that already have it prepared long ago. All fresh. The fries are really good. I only had the steak bomb, which tastes so good. It does take like 10 minutes to be ready bcz they make it from scratch.

Absolutely amazing experience. Courtney went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and get what we wanted. I had the steak bomb and it did not disappoint!

I normally won’t post reviews but this is pathetic. Tuna sandwich with hardly any tuna and all bread. And to top it off I paid for extra cheese and there is one slice on half of the sandwich. Wasn’t even one slice all the way across. This place used to be good but they have gone down hill. Save your money.
