Don’t walk run to this little hidden gem. When I say this food is great. My first time was yesterday with the chicken and shrimp. I went back today for more with shrimp and fish. This salt and pepper seasoning is fire no sauce needed.

They have closed the location on Richmond, but we found them in Katy. It is in the back corner of a gas station convenience store. It is inside Elan#8(formally Fuel Depot). Don't let that stop you from going! Everything is cooked to order! It has never been greasy, perfectly fried and super tasty! I highly recommend ordering the fried okra. We always get a triple combo. Fish, Wings and Shrimp, with fries.

I truly don’t believe this guy is getting the credit he deserves… Honestly when I first approached the store I was a bit skeptical because I didn’t smell anything but I decided to still give him a try, God I’m so glad that I did. Let me say this I’m a huge food critic because I think my food is one of the best around town. He sure showed me! I told him I want my fish fried hard and my boys wanted the lemon pepper wings boy I’m speechless. The food was seasoned and fried to the Gods understand that my words aren’t enough. I FEEL LIKE THE LINES SHOULD BE TO THE BACK OF THE STORE!!! To season and fry the food the way this guy does should be studied! This was my first time and it surely will not be my last. I will definitely be telling anyone and everyone I pass about this place. The pictures do no justice. Sorry for the long review but I have to tell yall. He was also really nice and for the price you can’t beat it! Okay that’s enough let me enjoy the rest of my food 🤤 PLEASE CHECK HIM OUT! HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. ALSO HE DID NOT ASK ME TO LEAVE A REVIEW. I DID THIS BECAUSE OF MY EXPERIENCE.

I just moved to the area a few months ago from the Midwest, specifically Chicago, and when I saw J&J Wings and Seafood, I immediately busted a U-turn thinking it was the J&J Fish and Chicken I knew from back home. It wasn’t, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. Initially, my expectations dropped when I realized they didn’t have the famous lemon pepper seasoning, but let me tell you, they still delivered big time! The flavors were on point, and the green onions and spices hit my taste buds in all the right ways. The customer service was excellent—everyone was so kind. I ended up getting corn nuggets, wings, and fish, and for the amount of food I got, it was so affordable. I can definitely see myself eating here twice a week! Honestly, I’m going to be dreaming about this meal, it was just that good. Highly recommend!
