Visiting for the first time I was very impressed. The cashier Jackie was very professional , helpful, friendly, and very welcoming. I didn’t know what to get so I just decided to go with the wings and fries. She asked me what flavor would I want to try and she also suggested their special lemon pepper wings with fries! Ohhh but it’s NOT your average seasoning! She let me sample it and when I tell you I was pleased! It wasn’t overwhelming and it’s like a seasoning powder with a lil Kick😋. Service was great, getting my order was fast, and food was hot and fresh! Definitely will make this my new spot!

No lie - 1998 I went to Chicago with a friend who lived there and she introduced me to the location on MLK and I feel in love with their food. I was there for 6 days and went almost every day! I just found out about this location opened up in Houston and got super excited. Yall gotta try it! The food is fresh and good!!!!

I first tasted this food at a birthday party and it was delicious —- after a few hours! I drove from the North side to purchase! The location is easily accessible, clean, and the staff is friendly! Food is COOKED TO ORDER! Just as delicious!

I ordered the fish combo dinner with three tenders 10 shrimp and coleslaw and a roll; substituted fries for fried okra. Everything tasted really great! I did feel like the items were a bit saturated in oil, but they were all still crispy. I had enough food left over for two more meals the next day.

I'm very familiar with JJ Fish & Chicken coming from Chicago and all. The Service was great, food fresh & piping hot nothing sitting an waiting. The prices not too bad. I ordered Catfish Nuggets and Chicken & Shrimp combo both were very fresh. Now I came way from Cypress.
