Emily our waitress made our experience the easiest. Not only did she provide amazing customer service, she went above and beyond to ensure we tried the most popular. She sold each dish with her knowledge on the menu, which every waitress/ waiter should always know. Emily is absolutely the best waitress and an amazing asset to Jinya ramen bar. Amazing and delicious Ramen. This place is very cute very relaxing and Service It’s amazing. Madison took really good care of me. She was super sweet and very polite. She also recommended things on the menu and I liked that a lot. I highly recommend to come here and have some delicious Ramen. Make sure you ask for Madison. 😊👍🏼

This restaurant is definitely worth it!! You need to come.... their Ramen was delicious, the staff very friendly, and the environment is elegant and modern... they definitely deserve a 5 out of 5.. And if you're lucky you'll be served by Ivan who was a delightful server who checked on us and cared for us very well🥰💖

I visit JINYA pretty often, but I’ve never taken the time to write a review — until now. I ordered my usual, the Chicken Wonton, and as always, it hit the spot. My brother got his go-to Tonkatsu, and my friend, who was visiting JINYA for the first time, tried the Birria ramen. Everyone loved their food, and my friend immediately said he’d definitely be coming back. After all the times I’ve eaten here, they’ve never gotten my order wrong. The employees are consistently kind, the food never disappoints, and the atmosphere is amazing — dim, relaxing, and easy on the eyes (unlike some places that feel like they’re trying to blind you). Truly deserving of a 5-star review. And like always, I’ll keep coming back. No matter the weather, a hot bowl of ramen always hits. If I had one complaint, it would be the wait time — not because the staff is disorganized, but simply because the food is that good. Of course Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights are the busiest, which makes total sense. If you go at a busy time it can get a little loud, but you can still hear each other talk. Overall, JINYA continues to be one of my favorite spots.
