Not sure what’s going on but this is the 2nd time we’ve gone to order in store and by the time we get home (we live 5 minutes away) my sandwich is completely soggy. When I hold the sandwich my hands are soaked with oil and vinegar. I get the number 7 mikes way. The other locations I’ve been to this has not been an issue. Super disappointed and probably won’t go to this location anymore.

Update: spoje with manager and he said he would issue me a refund. Would be willing to try again as the manager was apologetic and willing to help I spent over $40 tonight and the order was completely wrong. I am so disappointed. I used to recommend this place to everyone but won't. And I will be calling when they open. I took pictures as well. I ordered an Italian with no onions and oil on the side and a turkey and cheese with mayo mustard and extra bacon. The Italian had onions mayo mustard and bacon and had no oil not even on the side. The turkey was dry with no onions or bacon. I truly hope this place makes it right

No nuts in sandwich zone at Jersey Mike's. I went here two different days with a friend as we both had some invitations in the mail to try subs. We got the regular Italian one day, and the regular Club Supreme another day. Overall, the consistency in addition of toppings is a little off. My Italian had far less lettuce than my Club Supreme. Both sandwiches were decent enough. The bacon was crispy and really helped the texture of the Club Supreme sandwich. I think it's a bit pricey, but so is everywhere else nowadays.

Jersey, you’ll find this place fine next to the railroad. It’s small but charming on the inside. I’ve been here before and must say, their chicken sandwiches are not good. I asked the workers to give me everything on it, but they didn’t comply. They didn’t even include lettuce or tomatoes, even though I was in a rush. It’s like they don’t listen to customers, despite the friendly woman who worked there. I felt comfortable, but the lack of the requested toppings was disappointing. All I ended up eating was chicken and jalapeños, and I specifically asked for no jalapeños. The chicken tasted and felt like small pieces, which is something I dislike. I prefer my chicken to be whole. I wouldn’t even recommend coming here today to get a chicken sandwich. Their Philly steaks are okay, and their turkey and ham sandwiches are good, but their chicken sandwiches are a no-go. The taste was the strangest I’ve ever had.

I ordered on doordash today. I spent $3+ to add avocado. They chose to spread old brown avocado all over my sandwich! If the avocado has gone bad why use it!? Instead of not including it so I can just get my money back for the avocado they ruined the entire sandwich. The doordash driver delivered it timely and I live nearby so I know this is how they decided to prepare this disgusting sandwich. Zero care for health and safety. Absolutely disgusting.
