Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

It smells so deliciously sweet when you walk in here. I sampled quite a few flavors while I were there. And though they were pretty tasty, they were all almost sickly sweet. And I love sweets! There usually isn't anything that's just too sweet for me. But this ice cream was, and my waffle cone was also kinda salty. I didn't really like the overall taste & they didn't seem to complement or balance eachother. My boyfriend loved his cones, so he would probably rate this 5 stars, but i'm happy I went with the kids portion instead. All of the tables were also pretty dirty, so we had to dust them off before we sat down. But it was busy inside and all of the staff were working behind the counter. I did really like the fact that the staff were knowledgeable about the flavors and gave suggestions. All of the flavors were unique and there were multiple interesting flavor combinations, but unfortunatly there wasn't anything that I sampled that wowed me. Overall, it was a nice experience but I don't think I'd come back.

Clerk super friendly there are several nondairy options . Tasty in a nice space . Perfect snack on19tj Parking is what it is on 19th. Priced like spoke ice cream . Worth-your time. Mic space to relax and enjoy a treat

Absolutely love coming here for a simple scoop or double scoop on a bad day! Flavors change. Which is good and bad! But definitely gives you an opportunity to try other flavors you wouldn't think of trying. Always friendly staff. Would probably recommend anytime.

The staff were very nice here. To be honest, the ice cream is quite a bit pricey, but it is TOTALLY worth it. Probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had and most likely the best one in the Houston area. I would totally recommend this place, very yummy.

Located in the heights. Great ice cream and good service. Sometimes is a bit crowded but there is seating outside too. Parking is available on the street.
