After relocating to Central Florida in 2016, Jeff and Danielle Perera found themselves longing for the authentic New York-style bagels that Danielle grew up enjoying. Dissatisfied with the options available, they decided to take matters into their own hands. In 2019, when Jeff faced a layoff, Danielle saw an opportunity to turn their shared love of bagels into something more. With Jeff as the baker and Danielle as the taste tester, they embarked on a journey to perfect the art of bagel making. Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, Jeff initiated what would become known as the “bagel run” – personally delivering freshly baked “Always boiled, never toasted” bagels door-to-door to friends, neighbors, and local businesses. The response was overwhelming, with demand quickly outpacing supply. Fueled by the enthusiasm of their community, Jeff’s Bagel Run evolved from a humble home kitchen operation to a thriving business. The success of the “bagel run” paved the way for Jeff and Danielle to expand their reach, selling their delectable bagels at local markets and events. Finally, in June 2021, they realized their dream of opening the first Jeff’s Bagel Run brick-and-mortar location in Ocoee, Florida. With Danielle leaving her corporate job to join Jeff “full bagel,” the Perera family poured their hearts and souls into creating a warm, inviting space where customers could experience the joy of freshly baked bagels.

Absolutely love this spot! They are still relatively new, but I am very excited to have a dedicated bagel shop in the Webster area. I ordered a cinnamon rasin bagel and an iced coffee, both were delicious. The bagels are made fresh in house, so they won't toast your bagel if youre looking for a quick smear and run, but they are delicious even without it. As far as the cumer service goes, everyone there was very pleasant and I had no issues placing and receiving my order. I look forward to trying their lox bagels next time!

I love coming to Jeff’s Bagel Run in Clear Lake City! The service is always awesome, and they actually remember me every time I come in. I usually stop by on Tuesdays or Wednesdays when it’s not so busy. Everyone’s super friendly, and the bagels are always fresh and delicious. I totally recommend the Asiago Everything with the roasted jalapeño cream cheese — it’s my favorite combo! Big shout-out to my favorite barista, Russell, and my go-to bagel slicer, Francisco — you guys always make my mornings better! 🙌 I also love watching the bagel process — sometimes the baker is working on the next day’s batch, and I kinda know how everything runs now because they’ve explained it to me about a million times. I’m just so thankful to have a legit bagel spot with a real baker in the area!

We went inspite of the negative "untoasted" reviews, and im so glad we did. The person working the drive thru was so sweet and extremely helpful. We ordered a half dozen: cinnamon sugar, 2 everything's, cacio de pepe, garlic and a jalapeno cheddar. The spreads we got were : 2 onion and chive, roasted jalapeno, whipped butter, cookies and cream. (some bagels not photographed because my husband and son ate them too fast) The boys chose to toast theirs when we got home, I opted to try them as they come. Both ways were delicious. Mine were soft and chewy and flavorful. Toasted was crisp on the edges and soft inside and equally tasty. The spreads were plentiful and paired excellently no matter which bagel it was applied to. (i put cookies and cream on my everything bagel just to try it.....im weird but it was delicious) Food likes are just personal preferences, dont pass on this place just because they come untoasted, they're worth it.

Jeff’s Bagel Run in Webster is hands down one of the best spots for bagels in the Houston area. The bagels are fresh, perfectly chewy, and packed with flavor , you can really taste the quality in every bite. They have a great variety of bagel flavors and creative cream cheese spreads that take things to the next level (the jalapeño cheddar with roasted jalapeño spread is a must-try!). The staff is friendly, the vibe is welcoming, and the coffee is solid too. If you’re a true bagel lover, Jeff’s is a spot you don’t want to miss.

Stopped by Jeff’s Bagel Run this morning and was not disappointed. Bagels were perfectly boiled leaving a chewy texture and golden, crisp crust. Schmear and lox were super tasty. Iced latte was great, but took a bit to come out. I’m sure the people making drinks will get the hang of it soon - just an FYI if you’re in a rush. Small parking lot for about 10 vehicles.
