What amazing service I received today!!!! Today was very crazy and it was busy as heck because they had coneys at .97. What amazes me is how busy they were and how they maintained very great attitudes and the service was fast and great. Thank you JCI for the great service great attitudes and for remaining calm and performing ver professional through this very crazy day. Whether its busy or not you guys have always gone above and beyond and you all are very professional. I highly recommend this location the coneys are ALWAYS ON POINT and very delicious!!!!

The restaurant is beautifully designed and clean. The food was really good also. I've only been to James Coney Island a few other times and didnt really know what I wanted to get. The menu is printed up on the wall and a little difficult to see. I looked over the menu for a while but the employee kept rushing me about what my order was. There wasnt even anyone else there at the time. It would have been nice to have been able to go over the menu up close and decide what I wanted witbout being rushed to just pick something. Not a very good experience.

Service was amazing. Greeted when we walked, helped us order. Courtnie was very attentive and checked on us as we ate. Definitely recommend this place! 10/10

Still one of the best hot dogs. JCI needs to keep the menu simple like it was when it made them famous Edit. I returned today and the chili cheese coney is still great. Service was slow, slow.
