My brother and I visited this spot today and MAN, we loved it! The staff was super nice and friendly and the food did not disappoint!! The prices were fair and the portions were generous! Their corn tortillas for the tacos too were big! Not the small ones. I got 1 Pastor Taco, 1 Barbacoa Taco, 1 fajita Taco. My brother got the Barbacoa Torta. Everything was very flavor and greasy in the best kind of way! Just was we were looking for! As soon as we walked in and could smell the food, we immediately knew we were in the right place for Mexican food. They weren't super busy when we walked in, so we didn't have to wait very long for the food. But even if we did, it wouldve been worth the wait. I look forward to coming back with my fiance to try their Menudo and other things!! Very good experience left beyond happy and satisfied.

So far all I've had was the Pozole. It was really very good. This place strikes me more of a "pick up your food and go" kind of place. But I'll be back to try some of the other authentic looking Mexican food.

The only photo I managed to take today only because everything I tried was eaten so fast because it IS that amazing. Today I had Chilaquiles plate with a side of barbacoa, tacos de barbacoa on home made maiz tortillas and their Gorditas they were delicious and crunchy (one was desebrada and al pastor). Oh, and their Jamaica agua fresca! For anyone in Cypress or near by, come try them out you will not be disappointed.

I often order the barbacoa by the pound, and it’s always tender and flavorful. With a little notice (2–3 days), they also prepare tamales with chile con queso, which are excellent. The menudo is good. Prices can run a little higher than some other places, but the convenience of having a dependable option near by makes up for it.

The food here is so delicious my wife got the homemade corn tortilla barbacoa tacos, and I got the fajita tacos on corn tortillas . These tacos are so good. I would highly recommend this place great food and customer service.
