Late-Night Cookie Heaven — Fresh, Delicious, and Full of Vibe ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 out of 5) We absolutely loved our visit to Insomnia Cookies. One of the biggest perks is that they’re open super late, which makes it a perfect stop after a night out or when that sweet tooth hits at midnight. Located right next to Rice University, it’s clearly a popular spot for college students—and for good reason. The space itself is small with limited seating, so it’s definitely more of a grab-and-go kind of spot, but that didn’t take away from the experience. The cookies were warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We tried several flavors and were impressed by the variety and quality. Parking is limited, as it’s in a busy shopping strip, but we didn’t mind too much. We ended up eating the cookies in the car, then went back in to wash our hands and toss our trash—and the staff was totally cool about it. Speaking of which, service was wonderful—friendly, fast, and upbeat. The music playing inside was eclectic and fun, giving the space a cool, laid-back vibe. It’s the kind of place that makes you smile just walking in. Final thoughts: Whether you’re finishing a night out with friends, looking for a sugar fix, or just passing through the area, Insomnia Cookies is a must-stop for dessert lovers. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re nearby.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon around 3. No wait. I got 6 deluxe cookies: 3 chocolatr peanut butter deluxe, 2 oatmeal chocolate walnut, and a triple chocolate deluxe. Insomnia is by far the best "cookie chain" I've been too. The cookies are delicious and always taste fresh and warm. The fact its open late is just a plus.

Cookies were good had the salted caramel 5 out of 5. Smores tasted like straight chocolate, if you like chocolate alot youll love that one. Both cookies were fresh crispy outside gooey inside, salted carmel was warm but smores was hot. Large cookies are almost $5 but are the size of about 2 and half small cookies. Will likely be back.

Not worth the price. The cookies are small compared to competitors. I tried to order a brownie sundae and was informed they don’t have brownies anymore. I got the chocolate chunk cookie with vanilla ice cream. Cookie wasn’t even warm. Not impressed.

I tried the vegan options. My favorite was the chocolate chunk! Next was confetti. My taste buds didn’t care for the double chocolate chunk or gluten free chocolate chunk. My cookies were fresh and warm! It’d also be nice to have a dairy-free ice cream option. I’d come back for more vegan chocolate chunk 🙂.
