If you are looking for flavor thats not the same thing you eat for lunch everyday this is a good change of pace. I got the “Houston Philly cheese steak with pinkertons brisket” . The flavor and quality were great. It was a little strong on the garlic flavor and dried onions flavor. The house sour dough is outstanding. I wish the sandwich was a little hotter temperature wise.

Very good sandwich. Super tasty. But too expensive. It’s unfortunate. I’d hit this place up all the time if the sandwiches were reasonably priced. I paid $17 plus the obligatory tip, so $20 for an 8” Italian sub. No chips and a drink; just the sandwich. I’ll go sometimes because the sandwiches are definitely good, but not as often as I would like because of the price.

Great vegan options. The bread was hot and fresh. Very flavorful the vegan cheese was also good. It's not super cheap but worth the price for the size of the sandwich. It was two meals for me.

New favorite sandwich place and the best sandwich I’ve had in a while. A tad pricey but worth it to me. Also, the manager or owner was very kind and walked us through the menu. They have so many options and they all look great. I had Paul’s reuben and it did not disappoint. Will definitely return!

Here’s a polished Google review version that keeps it honest but ends strong: Review: I’ve been an occasional customer since this place first opened. Honestly, in the beginning it was pretty rough, slow service, incorrect orders, and the sandwiches just weren’t as good as what I was used to getting in California. That said, I kept coming back every now and then hoping things would improve, and I’m glad I did. My last few visits have been great. The sandwiches have been fresh and really tasty, and the customer service has been solid. I also spoke with Jose, and he mentioned he’s been working hard to turn things around, and it definitely shows. It's my go to sandwich shop now. Not sure why they don’t have more locations yet, but I hope they expand soon!
