Such a nice clean IHOP, and great for a group. The pancakes and eggs are always amazing. Love that everyone can get breakfast or lunch after 1 pm. Just delicious food!

Makayla welcomed me and had great service skills. It’s Veterans Day and I ate alone I was seated in a good area where I could be comfortable. I saw her hustling and working very hard! The food was made fresh and warm.

This is my first time being in Texas and my server. I think her name was Zaniyah. She was so great. She had a smile on her face. She was very enthusiastic and she just all gave me the best waitress service I’ve ever had. I just want to thank her for a lovely experience and even though the food wasn’t that good her attitude was.

I came into IHOP after finishing a long cyber case and just needed some breakfast and a chance to decompress and Zaniyah honestly made my whole morning. She was the best server I’ve had in a long time. Super welcoming right when I walked in, very attentive, and checked on me the perfect amount without hovering. My food came out fast, everything was correct, and she kept my drink filled the entire time without me even asking. After a stressful start to the day, her positive attitude completely turned it around. Great service like that really stands out. If you go to this IHOP, definitely ask for Zaniyah she’s the reason I’ll be coming back.
