Wonderful experience. Excellent chef, food, and manager! The sushi roll - Fantasy roll was sooo good! All our hibachi was fantastic! And was so impressed that they do hibachi noodles too, that was our first! The place is very modern and clean. Highly recommend!

This sushi spot is an absolute gem. The fish is incredibly fresh, the rolls are perfectly balanced, and every dish feels thoughtfully prepared. The menu has a great mix of classic favorites and creative options, so there’s something for everyone. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere is relaxed but still feels special. Easily one of the best sushi experiences, will definitely be back.

Went to eat here yesterday 12/2 for a birthday & sat in the dining room. Peter took amazing care of us. He made not only the birthday girl feel special but the rest of us as well! He was amazing & the food was amazing as always. Be sure to ask for Peter when you go to Ichiban in Katy!!

We had a great experience!! The service was excellent, and Peter did a wonderful job taking care of our table. The cook was also fantastic and very entertaining, putting on a fun show while preparing great food. We were celebrating a birthday, and they made sure to make the night special. It was our kids’ first hibachi experience—and they really absolutely loved it. Nothing but good things to say, and we’d be happy to return!!

Went in for dinner a couple hours before closing. The waitress was attentive and we were promptly seated upon arriving. We had to wait a little before getting our hibachi experience but, the chef serving us was kind and provided a decent service. The hibachi did not miss but, the drinks were the highlight of the meal actually. Large portions — def enough to take home.. Also, we took some yum yum sauce to go that weirdly caused the lids of the to go cups to bubble up.. we don’t live far and went directly home so that was eye brow raising for sure. Needless to say, we tossed those and used our own. Would revisit.
