Ice Valley Cafe

I always frequent tea shops all over Houston and I gotta say that this place was really good! Best fruit teas and milk teas we've had. The owner was very kind and catering. Sugar levels were to preference which made each of our drinks perfect to our tastes. The owner even let me combine two flavors of Taro and Ube in a milk tea and its the best Ive had. This place doesn't hide behind dyes, unbearably sweet drinks or very powder heavy drinks like other places Ive been to. All fresh flavors and high quality. Would whole heartedly recommend. I plan to stop by when I can :)

The staff was very nice and they have a deal right now where you get a super cool snowman cup for spending $20+. The drinks are always amazing and the popcorn chicken is SO worth it. About 15 pc. For 5.85 is such a steal and they are delicious. They have some games to play as well as claw machines, they have a mini air hockey (- the air) and a couple other small fun games to play while you wait for your drinks. Relatively inexpensive drinks and the environment is very chill. Love going for a drink!

Zero social skills. Never once were greeted or welcomed. We would’ve purchased a lot more had there been any interaction. Boba tea was meh at best. The sesame seed balls were delicious. A lot of games to play inside - but very cheap versions, not good quality. I would love to try more food, but the girls were more interested in finishing their Little Cesar’s pizza than dealing with customers - as we saw the couple before us and the couple after us treated in the same manner.

Came here for the first time in a while. It is in route home from my kids’ school. It was an absolute disaster. We ordered 5 drinks and 2 food items. It took OVER AN HOUR to get our items because there was only one girl working there by herself. This was extremely poor planning from this owner. I felt so bad for her; she was taking orders, making good, making drinks, fulfilling door dash orders all by herself. I wasn’t mad at her for the wait; this is on the store owner. Also, only 3/5 drinks were good. Our oreo drink had a coffee taste so our youngest daughter didn’t drink it. Total waste.

I first discovered this place months ago. Every single time I have visited I was greeted with warm friendly faces and super-fast service. The whole shop felt so inviting and welcoming. The bright pastels and the little games around the shop really made me want to come back. This is the kind of place I could spend a good few hours in with some friends or a great location to drop in and grab a sweet refreshing drink. The quality of the food and drinks is way beyond its price. You could have a fantastic drink or a yummy dish for less than 10 dollars. This is definitely a place I will not stop requesting.
