This morning I had a call about a piece of mail with informed delivery. The woman who answered the phone was entirely rude and should not be the “head of customer service” when she doesn’t have the slightest clue of what customer service is! I was rudely interrupted by her as I am explaining my situation she told me “If you’d let me speak” I don’t even want to continue writing because of how disgusted I am by this interaction. I asked her name she repeated Mrs Jackson, asked politely for her first name she said it again. It’s a simple thing to listen to understand the scenario. It’s literally the holidays and our mail carriers matter to us but for them to work with people like that has to suck.

Great location. Easily accessible. Lots of parking. Not as clean as I would like or hope. Staff can be a little more friendly if possible. Either than that ... just use as a pop in pop out.

I work at a pharmacy and infusion center across from NRG, and our mail is always held for days at a time. It is crucial to our patient care and billing, that we receive things on time. When asking about this, the carrier is too busy on her personal phone call to care what I have to say. When she does respond, it’s always someone else’s fault. Or we “were closed when she came by”. We have normal business hours, and they always come early enough unless they aren’t in the mood to deliver. We OFTEN receive mail for other businesses in the building, when the company names and suites are clearly NOT OURS. I received ten pieces of incorrect mail in one day, and the carrier asked me why I “couldn’t just distribute them to the correct offices if I know who they belong to”. I’m sorry…WHAT?? Calling their home base doesn’t do any good either. Always some excuse or “we’ll look into it”. I wish USPS would just be gone already. Employees know they won’t be fired and they are always the most TERRIBLE humans because of it.

Their working procedure is clear and efficient, and the phone-call operator is very patient and she knows and explains clearly how the whole delivery procedure goes. My package arrived in time they promised. And after that, because I had called them to request the status update, they called me back to confirm my reception. Very warm experience!

This is unacceptable, this location is always and forever having an issue. Whether it's a lockbox, out of boxes, no longer carring boxes, the deliverer called out, a truck is in the shot, it 5 til close, out of stamps and certain packaging, they system is down, etc. it's always something, fedex is up the street, they would gladly accept your business.
