We've been going to Hot Bits for about two years. They have awesome delicious food especially their butter masala dishes which are heavenly. Nice selection of appetizers and naan. Although it seems to be mainly a take-out place, we like to dine-in. I like to enjoy a draft beer with my Indian food. And now that they have a host/waiter, a friendly fellow named Jeff, the experience is even better and allows the chef/kitchen to focus on preparing those wonderful dishes. One of our favorites and I think the best in the Katy/Fulshear area.

Delicious! We usually pick up our order. Everything is packed well and is hot when we get home. However, today was a little rainy and we decided to eat at the restaurant. So very glad we did! We ordered and ate the Samosa before I got a photo, but you should know they were beautiful and delicious. If you like the food of Northern India this is the place for you. I highly recommend for an appetizer the Gobi Manchuiran or Gobhi 65 if you like a little more spice! This time we got the Bread Basket to try everything and they were all tasty. The Palak Paneer and Lamb Roghan Josh did not disappoint, beautiful spices and nice depth of flavor on the lamb!

Fantastic experience at HotBits Indian Cuisine! We ordered the chicken butter masala, biryani, naan bread, gulab jamun, and mango lassi — everything was absolutely amazing! The food was full of authentic flavor, rich, and perfectly cooked. The restaurant has such a nice and welcoming atmosphere, and Justin, our host, made the experience even better with his friendly attitude and great service. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
