This owner seriously lacks professionalism. Her attitude toward customers is unwelcoming and unrefined — it’s clear she doesn’t take pride in her business. The parking setup is disorganized, and the overall experience feels chaotic. Anyone can act loud and unprofessional, but running a business with class, respect, and true customer service takes discipline and integrity. Unfortunately, this place reflects neither. If she continues operating this way, she’ll never grow beyond a small stand.

Thanks for the reviews guys. I just started working super close to this and easily would’ve dropped hundreds in just one month of meals there as I work 12 hour shifts all week in that exact area. Am deff intending to spend my money elsewhere. Also why don’t yall have an online menu or phone number. Jp I get it it’s just a food truck. But I would’ve ordered instead of finding these shitty reviews by accident hahaha

Very little food for a large price. Hibachi is expensive but you’re paying for the experience. This has none of that. Shrimp were flavorful but I didn’t have anything leftover and that’s a must with hibachi for me. Forty dollars for a bowl with shrimp, broccoli, and rice

Horrible experience… not quite sure how it takes close to 40 minutes for egg rolls? Everyone else got their food way before me and when I asked about the wait I was told repeatedly that it’s made to order but last time I checked all food on a food truck should be made to order. If there is indeed a wait for that item staff should advise customers of that before they place the order. Not to mention, customer service was horrendous. Will absolutely never return in this life or the next.
