The first few times I ordered from here were smooth, food was delicous too. Had 2 issues in a row of my order being delayed because he was "traveling & just returned." The first time a whole day & the next, some hours. I took a break due to unprofessionalism, and against better judgement, tried this last time. Welp, dasher couldn't get in touch with anyone to pick up my food. I placed this order TWO DAYS AGO. I planned ahead purposely. Now I happen to be sick and without food. Starving thanks to this bogus behavior. This place needs to be banned from DoorDash. Food is the last thing to play with.

!WARNING! Not a real business. I reached out to Steven on services for making meal preps. We spoke and came to what seemed like a promising transition. I paid ($640) for a months worth of food to be delivered twice a week. After sending my requested meals, I was to receive my first set of meals on Tuesday and my second set of meals on Friday. During my first delivery he was very late to what he originally told me his arrival time would be. Trying to be understanding, I looked past it without an explanation of the late delivery. On Friday when I was to receive my second batch of meals, he texted me and informed me he would deliver the meals on Saturday before 3-4pm. I had a feeling that I would not receive those meal, and sure enough I didn't. I reached out to the guy after his expected delivery time and he told me he was trying to head to the store to get the food and prepare it. I immediately called this guy to cancel my order, charge me for the meals that he had made and give me a refund of the remainder. He agreed but I have yet to receive a refund and he has not responded to my message after following up on this matter. It's sad to see a grown man moving like this; promoting yourself as a business professional then providing horrible customer service and when the customer calls you out on it, you take their money and run. SMH If you are thinking about getting meals made my this guy DON'T DO IT, save your money.
