Excellent Punjabi/Indian vegetarian food truck on the west side of Houston. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Katy. Watching the steam rise from freshly made food on a cold evening makes it extra appetizing. The outdoor lighting and atmosphere have their own charm, and there’s space for kids to play around the benches and play area. Besides the parking in immediate vicinity, ample parking spaces are available in the church lot. The food is awesome. We usually go for the Parathas, Chole Bhatures, Mango Lassi. The owner is sweet and polite. The truck is new, and it’s great that they’ve moved to Mason Road from Fry Road—much more convenient. One heads up though, you have to be patient on weekends. Also, arrive well before closing time so that you are not disappointed.

The food here is just amazing! It was super fresh and the flavors reminded me so much of India. Highly recommend! The staff is the sweetest people and truly care about the quality of the food they prepare. We are so impressed! We got the dahi puri and chole bhature, and both turned out absolutely fantastic! Can't wait to go back and try their aloo paratha!

A delightful Punjabi family operates this food truck at an excellent location in Katy. I had always considered Moosa Colony to be an ideal spot for food trucks, but after visiting this location—with its spacious seating area and dedicated play area for children—I found that it surpasses Moosa Colony by a significant margin. Their aloo paratha is exceptionally delicious and offered at a very reasonable price. The dal makhani paired with paratha was also thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The best stuffed paranthas in Houston- as close to home made as you can get. This has been our go to place for some time now whenever the weather in Houston gets cold- there is nothing like a hot steaming parantha with their chai under the gazebo. The paranthas are fresh, stuffing are generous and Neetu and her family in the truck is just amazing- we went again on Lohri day and she had small goody bags of traditional Punjabi peanuts and revadi for us- made our evening.
