I definitely recommend Camden Down at Cinco Ranch. It’s in a very convenient location—highly rated schools are nearby, and you also have grocery stores, banks, and everything you need for comfortable family living. The neighbors are friendly, and the overall atmosphere is calm and pleasant. We also have a playground in the community, which is a huge plus because many apartment complexes don’t have one. And I want to mention the pool—the water is always clean, and they really stay on top of the water quality. I also want to highlight the service and the maintenance team—communication is quick, and if something needs to be replaced or if something breaks, they fix it fast, often the same day or at the latest the next day. That kind of response time is very convenient and shows great service. And I especially want to recognize Faridos Malamba. When we first moved in, she helped us through the whole process, and from the start she was open, welcoming, and friendly. She always makes time to answer questions and help, and she follows through until the issue is solved, making everything clear and easy for residents. One of her biggest strengths is that she can find a solution to almost any issue, really in the best interest of the residents, while staying calm and professional. We’ve lived here for 4 years, and it’s so nice that she knows my children by name. Thank you for your kindness, patience, and professionalism—employees like her truly shape the impression of the community and the trust residents have.

I lived in Camden for over six years, and I never had any problems with my neighbors. They were all very quiet, not noisy, and respectful. On the contrary, the Indian-American community is a great group of people to have around. They are very respectful, educated. The staff are very polite and friendly, and I had a good experience overall.

I lived in this complex for a year. It’s a good community. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Schools are great. All shopping stores are within a 3 mile radius. Work orders for repair get done quickly. Now for the negatives, lots of ants, small gym and pool (lots of times crowded) and towards the end my bike was stolen. I would honestly give it 3 and a half star but there’s no halves. So I’ll be generous because of that one time I called for a maintenance person to remove a huge dead roach for me and they did quickly. I didn’t see any roaches after that.

Me and my boyfriend moved to Camden Grand Harbor as first-time renters from Delaware and Farides attended us. She is such a sweetheart, she made the entire process so easy and fast. My boyfriend got a job transfer in sealy and our plan was to live in katy. We were in a rush to move because we only had 1 week to do everything so Farides made everything feel so easy and relieving. She had our apartment address ready within 24hrs. We loved our experience at Camden GH including how fast they handle maintenance requests. We transferred over to Camden Downs at Cinco and even Ashely made the transfer enjoyable and less stressful. We love this location even more. We couldn't have gone anywhere else that isn't with Camden.
