Don’t be fooled: for the second year in a row the pools remain closed because the owner refuses to pay for remodeling or even basic cleaning. The electric access gates are often broken and rarely work properly. Definitely not worth the rent they charge.

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Shortly after moving in, we discovered a serious roach infestation in the kitchen. Management promised weekly fumigation but only showed up a few times, and nothing improved. We ended up paying to fumigate the apartment ourselves multiple times. Renewing our lease was a huge mistake. While we were in the process of moving out and had just paid our final rent days earlier, I was locked out of my own apartment while my husband was out of town. I am pregnant, and this happened on a Friday, forcing me to spend the entire weekend staying with friends and paying for a hotel. Each time I tried to get help, the office was closed due to my work schedule. On one occasion, staff saw me approaching the office and locked the door in my face. I was laughed at, recorded, and accused of being “aggressive” simply for trying to access my own home. The locks had been changed without notice. When a family member intervened, management denied locking me out, only to later change the locks again and leave a key under the mat. To this day, no apology has been given. Before moving out, we hired two professional cleaners to ensure the apartment was spotless. Despite this, management billed us for alleged damages and refused to provide any proof, even after promising photos. Instead, they sent the bill to collections and responded with rude and dismissive attitudes whenever we asked for clarification. The management and front office staff are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I would never recommend living here.

If I could give Alex the maintenance guy more stars I would. Requests are promptly addressed. He came in today and replaced two appliances and fixed a leaky toilet in under 30 minutes. Not only is he efficient at his job he’s also super friendly and every time he sees me coming home or walking my dog he always greets us. Overall great guy!

Ashley and Monica in the leasing office were amazing! I had a great experience working with them. They were both incredibly helpful, sweet, and welcoming. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a new home, I would definitely recommend stopping by and speaking with them!

Unfortunately, my experience with management was not positive. From the beginning, the apartment was delivered with multiple issues, including carpet in very poor condition, missing closet parts, and a bathtub that required repairs, which were reported for months but never fixed. At move-out, I was charged excessive fees that did not reflect the actual condition of the apartment or properly account for the security deposit paid. Communication with management was poor and the situation was handled unfairly. I strongly recommend documenting everything carefully before signing and throughout the tenancy.
