I used to live here and called because they decided to charge us unnecessary fees and now want to report it on my credit ! WE HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING IN 3 YEARS THEY JUST WANT MONEY . The young lady i spoke to advised me call greystar but wouldn’t even assist with their contact information and was very rude. Also when i asked for the pm email she acted like it came out her check and didn’t want to give it me . Save yourself and please don’t rent here . If anyone read their reply, pls disregard. THEY LIE !! I rented here summer of 2022- summer 2023 , after i had my daughter . THIS IS THE CORRECT PROPERTY. They waited 3 years to TRY and file an eviction when i left at the end of my lease term and the unit was SPOTLESS ! I have pictures still!! They WERE affiliated with Greystar. However when i called this property on 03/18/26 their leasing assistant, some female had very poor customer service skills and refused to be resourceful and it’s literally her job. I’ll see you guys in court . Be blessed

Don’t be fooled: for the second year in a row the pools remain closed because the owner refuses to pay for remodeling or even basic cleaning. The electric access gates are often broken and rarely work properly. Definitely not worth the rent they charge.

I cannot say enough about how I was treated at this community. The entire team was so helpful from the manager down to the leasing team! They really took the time to show me around the property. The apartments are beautiful! The community seemed very clean. The gym was amazing. I loved all of the equipment that was available for me to exercise! Their prices were not bad at all either! I love the fact that it’s so close to so many restaurants and also the freeway. I can get in and out in a jiffy.

I am so happy with the help I received from the Taylor at Copperfield maintenance crew because Diego and Alex got my AC back up and running within just a short while of letting the management know it wasn't operating properly. The management is doing a great job with upkeep and the maintenance crew seems very thorough and knowledgeable about the requests that we have had any issues with. Thanks Diego and Alex and the management team as well. Come and look at these great apartments if you need a new place to live.

If I could give Alex the maintenance guy more stars I would. Requests are promptly addressed. He came in today and replaced two appliances and fixed a leaky toilet in under 30 minutes. Not only is he efficient at his job he’s also super friendly and every time he sees me coming home or walking my dog he always greets us. Overall great guy!
