Been here for over 5 yrs. Enjoyed every minute until now. At first I had roaches and got them under control. Now I have rats and can't get them out. I daily hear lies from the staff in the office. I ask for another unit because the rats come from them sealing up the holes in the roof so they say they escape into my apartment and the unit downstairs. Every day I'm calling them to remove 2 rats a day. Since Maribel left, this complex went to HELL. I have to live in fear and paying over a $$$$ a month. Then the water is cut off 3/4 times a week so if you try and wash you're messing up your washing machine. I've made my decision when my lease is up, "GOOD BYE" and it won't be "NO LOVE LOST". sorry I have to wait until next year without breaking my lease

Water gets cut off without notice at least 3 times a month. No communication from front office unless they're reaching out to you about rent. Most definitely not a safe and secure place.
