I’ve been living here for the past four months. When I moved here, it was just Cordara and Kathy in the office. Anything that I needed or complained about was fixed in a timely manner. Now that there’s a manager in the office, I thought it would be the same or better. I feel like it’s gotten worse since she’s been here. My 1st issue is that the gate is broken every week but normally is fixed within like a day or two. This time has been down for almost a month and we see homeless people everywhere. This makes it easier for the people who break into cars and steal tires. I talked to all my neighbors because I like a sense of community and I was outside on my normal daily walk this am on JANUARY 16, 2026. And one of my neighbors cars is on bricks this morning in front of the office. And the first thing I thought was, I gotta go check my car because it could’ve happened to me. What is the point of paying you guys for security? Ifsecurity isn’t gonna protect the property. You make us pay an unnecessary fee of $165. But our cars keep getting vandalize. The front gate is down, the back gate is down, and the back wooden gate has multiple holes in it for people to sneak in. So what is the gate for because it’s not protecting the property or us and neither is security. My 2nd Issue is that the trash in the back of the property is disgusting and laid all over the ground. And it spills into parking spaces. The other day on my walk around the property that I do for exercise. I saw Vermin and reported it to the office immediately. I moved here because, it was in a great location and affordability. Cordara and Kathy made me feel very welcome to be here. Now I don’t even want to renew my lease.

I toured this community recently and had a very positive experience. I couldn’t believe the property manager Kaitlyn remembered my name after meeting me one time and greeted me by name as soon as I walked in the door on the second visit. I appreciated the excellent customer service .

I have been apartment hunting for months, and the first day Kaitlyn (leasing Professional) gave me a tour of the community I knew this was where I would call home for the foreseeable future. Kaitlyn is nothing short of amazing, very knowledgeable of the community’s amenities and perks. I don’t feel I was being sold some, no unrealistic expectations. Most importantly the amazing customer service didn’t end after I moved in and sign the lease. Kaitlyn keep being great girl !

Ok, this management is honestly one of the most unprofessional and frustrating management teams I have ever dealt with. Now they are sending emails about trash outside the doors and threatening residents with a $50 fee if instructions and rules are not followed. But what about all the other issues that management continues to ignore? What about the front doors being damaged for days and even weeks without being repaired? What about the trash pickup schedule changing? When I signed my contract, trash was only not picked up on Fridays. Now it’s Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. What about the vehicle damages residents have experienced? What about the security we were supposed to have every night after 6 PM? What about maintenance requests that are constantly delayed? What about the office hours? Sometimes residents wait for the office to open, only for it to still be closed 15–20 minutes after the scheduled opening time. What about the emergency line that takes around 2 hours to respond and still does not handle emergencies urgently? What about the office staff that never answers the phone ? It is unfair to threaten residents with fees and penalties when management itself is failing to provide the services and responsibilities promised to residents.

It’s an okay property to live at because of how quiet it is and how close it is to many places but there’s a very big issue with this property and I think everyone should know about it before moving in. If you have a newer vehicle, or even a nice looking vehicle then I recommend for you to look somewhere else. This place has a very big issue with car theft. There’s been so many vehicles that have been broken into and also all their tires stolen and left on bricks. I wish I could’ve taken more pictures of everything I’ve seen but I simply just didn’t. If you’re thinking of moving here then I would tell you to reconsider. Theft is a huge issue here and it also has to do with the entry gates never working and always being left open. There used to be a security guard but he hasn’t been here in a very long time. Don’t move here if you have a newer vehicle or a “nice” vehicle because more than likely you’re gonna have something stolen from your vehicle.
