I’ve had a great experience at West Creek Apartments in Conroe. The new management team has really made a positive difference—everything feels more organized, responsive, and welcoming. Katherine, in particular, is absolutely awesome. She’s professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, she’s been quick to respond and always goes above and beyond. It’s refreshing to see a team that truly puts effort into making this a great place to live. Highly recommend West Creek Apartments!

I love this place. It's very quiet, the neighbors are respectful, it's clean, well-maintained, and the amenities are great. Sharda is an excellent receptionist, she has answered all my questions clearly and helped me prepare all my paperwork. I've already invited some friends to rent here. I would only like this place to have more parking spots. I hope you can work on this in the future. However, I usually find a spot near my apartment.

If it wasn’t for Ms.Sharda being assist to the company of these apartments I wouldn’t have referred my sister to be close by. She makes sure that her stay of resident be peasant as Possible with assisted needs. I appreciate you. The more I speak with my siblings she at ease knowing moving 2 hours away into new Environment was the best decision have made. You Rock!!!🤘🏽

Went to tour these apartments today and I didn't even need to look at the apartment to know this wasn't a place I wanted to live based on my interaction with front desk. Within the first 5 minutes of the conversation I already wanted to leave. Very unprofessional and didn’t want to answer any of my questions until after I toured the apartment. Im not sure on what their process is for touring but she wanted me to go tour the unit on a different street by myself. I feel like I really dodged a bullet with this one.
