At 2:00 a.m., a vehicle drove into my living room. I absolutely do not recommend this place. It's not safe; we had to stay elsewhere for a week, and no one helped us. While renovating, the site staff broke my TV while moving it. I told the site management about it, and no one called me about it for two weeks. Fortunately, my contract ends in 40 days, and I'm leaving. There are nothing but cockroaches, ants, and moldy materials. There's only one thing above all else: human safety and health. If you care about these things, definitely don't come to live here.

I had one of the best treatment here by the staff when I went for a tour! The manager is supper welcoming and understanding. She helped me find the perfect apartment match with the budget I came in with. The apartments are beautiful and clean. I would 100% recommend to tour the apartments and check them out this might be your next new home!

I used to live here years ago. I lived at Windfield for about 6 years. And never had a problem. Got laid off and had to move. I am currently looking for a place now, and would like to return. Can I. I moved before an eviction notice was served. Can I come back.

There's mold in the closets. There's a musty smell in the bathroom. Ants are crawling out everywhere. They say they've renovated everything; don't believe them. Dangerous people are stealing, fighting, and you don't let your family out in the garden. Cars drive by with loud music. The police always come here because something's wrong. Get out of here. It was the biggest mistake of my life.

I am writing this review as an extremely frustrated resident of Windfield Townhomes to warn prospective renters. The property is severely mismanaged, leading to unaddressed structural defects, safety hazards, and abysmal communication. The main issues are severe and consistently ignored: Structural and Safety Hazards • Recurring Ceiling Leaks: Water consistently leaks through the ceiling when it rains (first reported 08/29/2025). This was "fixed" improperly and continues to pose a risk of mold and structural damage. • Foundation Issues: Visible cracks in the foundation are ignored despite being reported. • Fire Risk: Dryer vents are never cleaned by maintenance, creating a serious fire hazard. • Uncleaned Unit: The unit was not cleaned or prepared before move-in. Management and Communication Failures • Zero Responsiveness: The new manager, Melany, consistently fails to return calls or emails regarding critical maintenance and safety issues. Communication is unprofessional across the board. • Inadequate Pest Control: The current pest control service is ineffective. We deal with persistent pest issues, and management fails to address the stray cats that roam the property and damage resident patios. Community Issues • Parking Chaos: Assigned parking spots are not enforced, making it impossible for paying residents to park where they are supposed to. • Amenities Misused: Non-residents frequently use the pool, compromising security and access for tenants. • Trash Backlog: Trash pickup is inconsistent, leading to overflowing dumpsters and unsanitary conditions. Do not move here. Until management addresses these fundamental issues—especially the safety hazards like leaks, foundation cracks, and uncleaned dryer vents—Windfield Townhomes is not a safe or habitable place to live.
