We used to go to the Big City Wings branch in Katy, and since that one closed we decided to try this location. The atmosphere is good—clean, lively, and comfortable—and the drinks and service were the usual, no complaints. Unfortunately, the wings weren’t worth it this time: the flavor fell flat and they seemed barely tossed in sauce. We tried a few different sauces and had the same result. Overall, a solid spot to hang out, but we’ll look elsewhere if we’re craving standout wings.

Feeling a little disappointed after our last order. My boyfriend and I placed a to go order each. He received his food first even though I ordered before he did. My order was supposed to be ready by 7:26 and wasn’t ready until 7:58. On my order (as you can see on the attached pictures) there was no jalapeños, even though I paid extra for them, the bun was not toasted, and the burger was not well done instead of medium well. On my boyfriend’s order it was missing a mac and cheese side that he paid extra for and his special requests were also not fulfilled. I hope they take this feedback for constructive criticism so they can improve on their service.

First and last time here. Thought this place was going to be A1 but unfortunately was F1. Ordered the 30 pc boneless wing combo and 5 bone in wings , with some jalapeño poppers and some onions rings with 2 cocktails and 2 kids meal. I tell you what these were the worst wings I have ever tried in my life , the taste for the wings was horrible had a metal or chemical taste to it which I wasn’t very happy about and to top it off it had too much oil like seriously this ain’t diddy. Walmart frozen wings have better taste than this and it’s not a wing place. So that being said would not recommend thanks.

I had such a great experience at Big City Wings in Katy, Texas! The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor — their wings were perfectly crispy, and the sauces were spot-on. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, making it a perfect place to grab a bite and relax. What really made the visit stand out, though, was our server Madison. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. You could tell she genuinely cared about making our experience great — she checked in just the right amount, gave great menu suggestions, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. If you’re looking for awesome wings and top-notch service, definitely ask for Madison at Big City Wings in Katy. She’ll make sure you have a five-star experience!
