Either I have big hands or the 'big hats' are really small for kids. Taste was about like Wendys. Not impressed, won't be back. I gave higher marks because they were courteous.

Burger, fries and a drink for about $9-$10? That’s better than most fast food places. Plenty of seating, mostly outside though. A huge playground for the kids so it gets LOUD! But, there’s beer for the parents. The food is served hot and fresh, there’s hardly any wait.

I recently celebrated my kids' birthday at the Katy location, they had a blast! The food was delicious, delivered on time, and the service was outstanding from the planning to the day of the event. Ms. Maria and Gaby were amazing! They were super attentive, kind and helpful. The enclosed playground is a plus and it is fairly close to the dinning area! We will definitively come back and we have recommended this place to family and friends!

This is a great place to take toddlers and elementary age kids. The burgers are actually really good. We got the pretzel burger and the cowboy. Both were delicious. The chicken nuggets are battered and fried in-house. Their flavor was bland to our taste, but our 20 month old loved them and enjoyed dipping them in the fry sauce. They have indoor and outdoor seating with a nice outdoor playground. The covered outdoor seating is basically a big garage with huge windows that open, several large fans, and opened garage door access to the playground. There are also 3 TVs in the outdoor seating perfectly positioned, so parents that are trying to stay screen free with their toddlers can face the children away from the TVs. The play area is fenced, so you don't have to worry about your kids running into the street. Sides/fries and drinks are extra. The kids' meal can come with a fountain drink or an Honest Kids apple juice. The kids' meal also has the option to get a Dole fruit cup in place of fries or tater tots. Hat Creek has a decent rewards program as well. This specific location opens at 10am even though the hours listed on the door say 11am. I also like that they're trying to help the environment by recycling ♻️.

The food was great! The seating inside could be a lot better. Service was also really good. If you have small kids this place is perfect!
