It's so unfair to now charge customer $2 extra for baked chicken. It's not mentioned on the menu board. Other stores do not implement this and watch your receipts as they may put other charges unauthorized. I refuse as a matter of principle. Manager would not come to the window to explain. I choose to spend my dollars at another franchise who doesn't abuse the privilege of my dollars.

Honestly the only reason I go to Hartz is for their peach cobbler and I always will.

I want some chicken today's the perfect day to go to Popeye's or Kentucky or somewhere else they all have chicken on sale but I remember the gizzards are on sale here and I wanted a breast of chicken well worth the wait much bigger pieces and soul fresh you got to come here .. the lady taking my order was very nice friendly definitely I'll be back
