food was great came out pretty fast amazing costumer service and the place was clean, the pretty lightskin lady with the eye lashes was very friendly!

It's so unfair to now charge customer $2 extra for baked chicken. It's not mentioned on the menu board. Other stores do not implement this and watch your receipts as they may put other charges unauthorized. I refuse as a matter of principle. Manager would not come to the window to explain. I choose to spend my dollars at another franchise who doesn't abuse the privilege of my dollars.

Honestly the only reason I go to Hartz is for their peach cobbler and I always will.
