We have been living at this property for about 6 years now. Unfortunately we are expecting an baby and need more room. The office staff is by far the best. They are so welcoming. The property is always clean and maintenance is top tier. We will miss this place. Thank you Vintage Park for always making this place feel like a home. We will definitely continue to refer our friends, family and church members to this property.

My experience living at Vintage Park Apartments has been one of the worst I have ever had in any apartment complex. Not only have I been a victim of discrimination because of my Emotional Support Animal, but also of mistreatment, negligence, and constant unjustified charges by the leasing staff. From the beginning, I provided my medical reasonable accommodation letter confirming that my dog is an Emotional Support Animal protected under federal law. Even so, the leasing staff chose to ignore both the law and my lease agreement and began adding illegal charges as if my dog were a regular pet, including deposits, pet fees, and monthly pet rent, all without legal justification. When I tried to resolve this respectfully, the manager treated me in a humiliating and abusive manner. First, she told me it was not approved because they “could not verify by phone.” When I explained that the law does not require phone verification, she changed her story, called me a liar, laughed at me, and yelled at me. It was a degrading and completely unacceptable experience. In addition to the discrimination, this complex shows a total lack of respect for its residents. Over a month ago I requested carpet cleaning, and it has still not been done, yet they are extremely quick to invent charges and penalties on my account. The pattern is clear: They ignore legitimate maintenance requests, but they are very efficient when it comes to charging money, even when those charges violate the law. I have sent multiple emails requesting a resolution, but they simply do not respond, while the charges continue to accumulate and put my rent and tenant record at risk. Being treated this way for exercising my legal rights is stressful, unfair, and emotionally exhausting. No one should have to go through this for having a protected condition and an emotional support animal. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you have a disability, an ESA, or simply expect to be treated with respect, look elsewhere to live.

I’m a guest here I will be moving to the apartments in spring area. This is my 8th day. At 4 am I woke up just now to incredible noise of something braking. My friend told me that the upstairs moved out couple days ago. So I think this is the maintenance team ? Crazy amount of noises coming from upstairs all day and also at 3-4 am . I took a video but it doesn’t let me post it. If you are on second floor you will hear every step that will be taken on the third floor. I am convinced that the walls and floors are made of thin air. Probably this complex is old and not well maintained. I know they pay around 1500 for this 2 bed 2 bath but I don’t really understand. It is not worth it. I see some good cars on the parking lot but I think they just give their salary to the cars. Also no visitor parking in this complex so if you are having guest you may be get towed . That’s what I realized so since I’m staying a month here I got the parking access . This place is definitely not healthy. You will see trash in front of the houses waiting days and days. For example first day I moved I saw the neighbors trash in front of their door. Yesterday that trash hit his 7th day. As Someone who just signed a lease from a place in north I beg you my friend. Work hard and hustle and maybe with doing uber that month you can get extra $200 that can get you and your family a safer and comfortable apartment . D- is the crime rate for this zip code.

Definitely move here if you want to have a BAD experience. I’ve lived here for almost 6 years (5 years and 11 months) The only consistent/nice thing about this place has been the maintenance staff. They are very friendly and can hold a normal conversation. One helped me jump my friends car one time and he did it with a smile. The people in the office…a whole other story. (Ty has been very nice! Everyone else, TERRIBLE.) They are not nice and not going to look out for you. I have been struggling to understand how they can be in the business of helping people have a roof over their head yet appear to enjoy making people unhappy. The place appears nice, but has a lot of issues. Two people in my building (3) alone have gotten out of their lease due to mold issues that the complex tried to blame on them or pretend wasn’t there. I’ve complained COUNTLESS times about my bathroom having mold/the caulking needing to be redone. They always say “oh it’s your fault… you’re not letting it dry.” “That’s not mold… it’s…mildew.” I would travel 20 mins down the road once a day for a week in a row just to shower at my mom’s house to avoid letting any water hit the fresh caulk to be rid of the issue. Btw, when they send out reminders to “be sure to air out the bathroom, keep the fan on”, etc. (to everyone) that’s a red flag that there is already a mold issue. Seems like they most likely blame tenants, charge tenants, paint over it, rinse and repeat. Lol. They set these fire alarms off like it’s their job. (They’re soooooo loud. Never heard anything like it honestly) The girl at the front desk has not a single clue what’s going on, so definitely don’t ask any questions, even if they seem simple. You’re gonna have to talk to someone else anyways. The power goes out way too often. Not necessarily an issue caused by the front office, but an inconvenience nonetheless. They got rid of the majority of visitor spots, so good luck having your friends and family over for any special occasions without being towed. Overall the main issue is the office staff. They are very rude and have been since DAY ONE. Even after 6 years and swapping out the office staff every year… They really need to do better. Doesn’t matter if you have lived here for 6 years, been loyal, nice, and paid your rent on time. They will treat you like you’re scum anyways. The attitudes are always bad and argumentative. The property manager is just looking out for herself and her check. Is it the management company? Not sure. She could be the one we blame or it really is a her issue. I will say, the times anytime anyone argues with her she kinda laughs in our faces. Apparently it’s also impossible to walk out of here without over $1k in fees. I was told by Sarah (leasing agent?) that wear & tear is “not a thing.” So basically, you’re screwed if the place has any proof of life being lived inside. Also was great that when I told her where I was moving to she tried to discourage me because she has previously worked there… Girl, good luck with that tactic lol. I even was nice and told her ya know we’re on two different sides but I respect the opinion. Anyways, just don’t do it. Save yourself the drama, stress, time, and most importantly…the money. Don’t bring your family, babies, and furry friends into a place like this. Put yourselves first and look at what’s best for you. If you end up here, I empathize. Trust I would’ve been outta here sooner if the world didn’t get so expensive out of nowhere. I hope the best for the maintenance staff, office staff, and everyone who lives here. Good luck to anyone moving in. P.s I’ll keep you guys updated on how things go once my lease ends/what they decide in regard to the deposit/fees. Just to give everyone a heads up on that as well!
