We have been living at this property for about 6 years now. Unfortunately we are expecting an baby and need more room. The office staff is by far the best. They are so welcoming. The property is always clean and maintenance is top tier. We will miss this place. Thank you Vintage Park for always making this place feel like a home. We will definitely continue to refer our friends, family and church members to this property.

My experience living at Vintage Park Apartments has been one of the worst I have ever had in any apartment complex. Not only have I been a victim of discrimination because of my Emotional Support Animal, but also of mistreatment, negligence, and constant unjustified charges by the leasing staff. From the beginning, I provided my medical reasonable accommodation letter confirming that my dog is an Emotional Support Animal protected under federal law. Even so, the leasing staff chose to ignore both the law and my lease agreement and began adding illegal charges as if my dog were a regular pet, including deposits, pet fees, and monthly pet rent, all without legal justification. When I tried to resolve this respectfully, the manager treated me in a humiliating and abusive manner. First, she told me it was not approved because they “could not verify by phone.” When I explained that the law does not require phone verification, she changed her story, called me a liar, laughed at me, and yelled at me. It was a degrading and completely unacceptable experience. In addition to the discrimination, this complex shows a total lack of respect for its residents. Over a month ago I requested carpet cleaning, and it has still not been done, yet they are extremely quick to invent charges and penalties on my account. The pattern is clear: They ignore legitimate maintenance requests, but they are very efficient when it comes to charging money, even when those charges violate the law. I have sent multiple emails requesting a resolution, but they simply do not respond, while the charges continue to accumulate and put my rent and tenant record at risk. Being treated this way for exercising my legal rights is stressful, unfair, and emotionally exhausting. No one should have to go through this for having a protected condition and an emotional support animal. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you have a disability, an ESA, or simply expect to be treated with respect, look elsewhere to live.

I would like to give Ms Nicole a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart. She’s very professional, respectful and very attentive to your needs. She’s the leasing agent that everyone should look for at Vintage Park. God puts people in your life for a reason or a season and she’s definitely the ultimate reason. Thank you Ms Nicole you’ve definitely made our day!!!!!

I’m writing this review as a resident because I honestly don’t know what else to do. I’m tired of the management at this complex doing absolutely nothing. The receptionist is usually kind, but the manager, the general manager, and the young man at the front desk never help. They always say they’re going to fix things, and nothing ever gets done. What’s even worse is that the manager (the one who sits on the right side of the office) has mocked me on several occasions when I’ve gone in to complain. She minimizes serious issues and shows no respect toward residents. The general manager does nothing about it. However. There are residents who walk their dogs without leashes and don’t clean up after them. The gym smells terrible. The pool bathroom constantly smells like weed. The grill area is almost always disgusting, and from what it looks like, they only clean it once a week. There are good people living here, but there are also very problematic ones. In my building, when you enter on the left side, there are always two people working on cars in the parking area, leaving oil and gasoline all over the floor. A few days ago I actually slipped and fell because of this. There’s also someone in a black Equinox who parks in the DOG park area and spends nights and early mornings blasting music while smoking weed. No one ever answers the emergency officer phone. The main entrance gate was damaged and they still haven’t fixed it. On top of that, the emergency gate to the left of the complex entrance constantly has people crawling underneath it, which is a huge safety risk. Honestly, I’m done trying to speak with the local management because they don’t solve anything. I hope the company reads this review and reaches out to me directly, because the general manager always tries to cover up everything that’s happening here. You pay rent expecting safety, cleanliness, and respect. Living like this is exhausting and incredibly frustrating. I have evidence of all of this and I will gladly provide it to the company if needed. You’re welcome to contact me directly — just not the leasing office, since they’ve already proven they’re there for nothing. They seem more efficient at bringing in food trucks to make it look like they care than actually addressing the serious issues in this community.
