The chicken gyro is to die for 🤤 I’ve been ordering from Uber Eats back to back, totally unaware that Gyro King is a food truck! I’m honestly amazed by the freshness and incredible taste every single time. I will always order from Gyro King. Thank you for consistently accommodating my special requests — no sauce, no dairy — and still delivering amazing food! 1 ❤️ Crispy Christey

Food 4/5: we got the chicken over rice and the combo shawarma fries. Both dishes were great and came with a lot of sauce on the side so we could customize to our personal preferences. The red sauce is delightfully spicy (but not TOO spicy) and the white sauce is wonderfully creamy, garlicky, and tzatziki adjacent. The only thing I would say was semi negative was that there was much more rice than meat, which caused the flavor to be a little more diluted than I’d like. The texture of the chicken could have been a bit more juicy as well, like how I would normally think of shawarma, but the crispy chicken was still really good and worked well. Service was 5/5: They made our order in literally 2 minutes. We timed it. It actually was 2 minutes. Atmosphere 4/5: It’s a food truck. I have nothing against it. In fact I kind of love food trucks as a quick grab n go kind of place, but of course, there’s no seating so I can’t, in good conscience, offer a full 5/5 for atmosphere. Overall 4/5: Food was great, service was quick. Lots of food for the price as well!

The lamb gyro is always a hit when I want something quick and on the lighter side. The vegetables are always fresh and meat is well seasoned.

Not much on atmosphere. It's a food truck. I'm from Chicago so maybe there is just a difference in the way Gyros are prepared from state to state. But it was just MEH for me! 1.) The meat was chopped in these little chunks instead of the meat being cut directly off the spit in strips. The strips are usually thrown on a grill if pre cut (to save time). 2.) The pita bread wasn't heated and was a bit dough and soft so the fillings just fell out everywhere. * I got the condiments on the side so I had to fully unwrap the sandwich to add them. Still the bread should be sturdier. 3. The tzatziki( I hope that's right) had a hint of mint in it. It wasn't horrible just different. I'm used to just the dill. 4. THE FRENCH FRIES ARE TOP NOTCH! Paid $18 for the Gyro and fries. I didn't get the juices because they were out.
