A young lady accuse me of not coming back look at camera I even have family to witness as well pictures of sandwich I brought back before returning to store she spoke and accuse me or not returning I showed the employee the picture I have never been insulted and I give her grace.

I knew once private equity bought Jersey Mike's it would go downhill, just didn't think it would go down this fast. Hadn't been to JM for a few months and the sandwich i got was horrible. The bread was stale and it seemed a lot smaller than the last time I had it. The meat tasted different like poor quality meat and the tomato slices were the size of a quarter. Overall quality was poor, typical for a private equity business. So thats it for me for JM. Too bad used to be a quality option....

I ordered # 17 : Mike's Famous Philly regular combo w/ provolone rather than w/ American. I paid $ 12.74. The sandwich was good. It could have used a little more seasoning on the steak. It was also a little smaller than I expected & a little pricey. Would I go there again ? Yes. I want try others places Philly cheese steaks
