Graze Craze The Woodlands

I had a huge misunderstanding yesterday with my very first order from Graze Craze. I placed an order for the last pick up time of the day, 5 PM. I saw both on their own website (that I placed the order on) and on Google that their closing time is 6 so I naturally assumed they stay open an hour later than their last pick up time of 5. A staff member from Graze Craze tried calling me once before 5, at exactly 4:45, and once more after at 5:02, to no avail; she was unable to leave a voicemail as mine was full. When I saw the missed calls and called back at 5:03, (although this number shows up as coming from La Porte, TX NOT The Woodlands) she was obviously upset that I didn’t realize I needed to be there apparently BY 5 for pickup because THEY CLOSE AT 5 and rudely informed me of lots of things including even saying that the times posted online DO SAY they close at 5 when they clearly do not- but “if it does say 6 still that’s because of the old owner..” ??? 🤯 she essentially said I’m mistaken or lying and then immediately admits it might actually say that, but it’s only because of previous ownership; I’M DUMBFOUNDED. I have attached pictures here to show that I was neither mistaken nor LYING. I told her not to wait for us as she was clearly fuming and I will eat the cost since it was my mistake. However, I feel this is not right when everything posted says Graze Craze closes at 6 leading one to believe there is more time to retrieve an online order set for 5 from this store. I never would have guessed an establishment would enable/ schedule a pickup time for the exact same time they close! This was the furthest from an ideal first experience with Graze Craze. The young lady’s demeanor on the phone was unacceptable. I’ve heard such great things about this location and was utterly shocked. I am not sure how I or any other new customer would have assumed anything other than what I did with all the misinformation posted online.

A little pricey but very good. They staff were very clear with what comes in each “flavor” of box, and the ingredients were delicious, with a range of fruits, cheeses, crackers, and sauces. Definitely made for an amazing Mother’s Day gift!

Ordered this for a group over the phone. They were very accommodating and helpful. And I could not be more impressed when I picked them up. Although I personally didn’t have one, I was told they were amazing. Would order from Graze Craze again.

We had Graze Craze provide charcuterie for our wedding cocktail hour this weekend, and the boards were BEAUTIFUL! They were such a hit, our guests were definitely grazing throughout the night. It was also nice to have some savory options still available for late arriving guests who didn't get to enjoy the main catering. Working with Faith leading up the wedding was also great! She was very communicative and helpful, answering every question I could think of. Highly recommend Graze Craze for any event!

I had a vision of a grazing table for my daughter’s baby shower and these trays took away all the work! I didn’t have to shop and chop and style the elements. Turned out beautiful and delicious.
