I’ve been living here for more than 1.5 years. The office staff is very friendly and courteous, always helpful and ready to take care of maintenance, whenever they’re call for it…I love this property because t’s a quiet and very peaceful. The property always kept very clean and looking nice. The pool It’s very nice and you can spend a relaxing afternoon, swimming or just hanging around just having fun at it❣️

worst experience ever, from the beginning i should’ve known. The apartment they showed us at first was a bit dirty but nothing we couldn’t fix so we continued with the application process throughout the process not once was i contacted to know if we got approved or not, we had to go in person anytime we wanted to find out what was needed. The first time we weren’t even toured correctly the lady in the back office gave us the keys and didn’t even mention where the amenities were at. The second time i mentioned it to the sweet girl outside the office who was a leasing agent too. She on the hand, was very helpful and trying to make the best out of the situation. I asked if i could view the apartment once more before signing the lease and i thank god i did. The apartment that was so called ready was disgusting worst than the first one. It looked like an eviction had occurred. I mentioned it to her and she was in shock as well. She gave us a tour of the clubhouse since i mentioned i never got one and had already applied, but at that point i didnt even want to live there after experiencing that. The property itself isn’t bad but the management is terrible. After deciding to not move forward with the lease, i still haven’t gotten a call from the place to even ask if i was moving forward or not. I much rather loose $350 dollars than live in a place where management clearly doesn’t care about the property.

Ashley, Marley, and jenean, held a great holiday party with fantastic gifts. Also I've lived here for 4 years and the amount of work being put into the place this year is great. New paint, landscaping, security upgrades. Last year at this time I was thinking of moving. Now im glad I stayed.

I initially called The Grayson to ask if they accepted housing vouchers, as the military has programs for that. They informed me that they do not, which is fine—I was still interested in touring the apartment and didn’t need a voucher to afford it. However, when I arrived, the staff immediately assumed I was using a voucher, questioned my military income, and seemed to be stalling by messaging someone else. The interaction was confusing, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome. If you are a military veteran or receive military income, be aware that this apartment may give you unnecessary trouble or make the process harder than it needs to be. I ultimately left without touring the apartment.
