I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with pearls and gave it 5/5. The taro flavor was rich and creamy without being cloying. Pearls were the right chew and complemented the drink. Staff were efficient and the shop was clean. Great choice if you want a reliably excellent taro milk tea in Katy.

Me and my daughter personaly go here a LOT almost 2 times a week! The atmposhe is modern, and perfect to study or to just hang out with freinds! Thay also provide games you can play with!! The tea quality is very good and they offer a clean bathroom, fun envioment, good tea, many topping optians. And best of all fun collaborations to bring new flavors and exitements! The employee who took my order, Shishen (Ipher) Lee (as listed on my receipt), was rude and made my friends and me feel completely unwelcome and rushed. He made us feel as though we were an inconvenience for coming in and ordering drinks, even though he appeared to be sitting down before we entered the shop. On top of that, he seemed more focused on rolling his eyes and acting annoyed than providing good customer service, which resulted in our order being completely incorrect. It’s such a shame that one of our favorite places was ruined by such a disappointing experience. The poor service left a very negative impression on us, and we left feeling frustrated and unwelcome.

Gongcha Katy is a fantastic spot for bubble tea lovers! The drinks are freshly made and you can customize them to your liking with different levels of sweetness and ice. The atmosphere is clean and spacious, making it a great place to hang out with friends. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience. I highly recommend trying their popular drinks like the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea. This Christmas, the shop has the cutest gingerbread-shaped cups, and my daughter insists on buying one to add to her collection. It's definitely one of my go-to places for a refreshing drink.

This place has definitely went down in quality. My drink alway comes out diluted and the sugar syrup still at the bottom of the cup. The workers don’t shake the drinks with ice first to cool down the tea before pouring it into the cups anymore. Instead they pour everything directly into the drinking cup, so my drink always comes with melted ice and warm. Definitely wouldn’t be coming back to a lazy store with lazy workers.
