Golden Corral

It was $17 of regret. I was delighted at the good selection, unfortunately, I managed to get the saltiest bits. I got some pork steak, salisbury steak,pot roast and meatloaf. I couldn't finish because it tasted like I was gnawing on salt. My second go was fish and I even got some dessert. Fish was also very salty. On the upside, lots of dessert selection but since I have health limits, I just got a pudding. They came to check on me a few times anyway and that was really nice and attentive ! I wish the food was better.

Golden Corral is one of my childhood fave restaurants. My family used to take us here all the time. I hadn’t been in YEARS! I went yesterday and the food just wasn’t the best. I know things aren’t going to always taste the same , but the food was mediocre. If the food wasn’t near to empty , they weren’t changing it. They also started taking up breakfast items at 10:30 when lunch starts at 11:00. The service saved the experience. The young men in there were extremely nice. KJ was our server and he did an amazing job. Our glasses were hardly ever empty and our table hardly stacked plates. Because he was really attentive. This Golden Corral does need to work on freshness of food and making sure food is being cooked all the way.

Wow! All the food I tried was so goood!!! The med rare steaks were juicy, tender and full of flavor! Also, the roast beef was so tender and full of flavor. It's got to be my favorite! Brussel sprouts were very good. I was only eating them b/c they're very healthy but I loved them! Even the coffee was great. The service was really good. I gave her a nice tip to say thank you. I 100% recommend this location and restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

We stopped in for a pretty late dinner at 7:30 (they quit serving at 8:30). All the food choices were full, and I have never been in such a nice Golden Corral. Plenty of servers kept our table cleared and drinks full. My wife raged about her perfect steak to a server, and a neighboring table piped in that theirs was great too, and went for a second. A very nice experience.

A good place to go if you're really hungry but don't know what to eat. Great selection of American food and lots of it. Taste is good. Will depend on your expectations and preferred tastes. I like the meatloaf with mashed potatoes (real) with brown gravy. You won't leave GC hungry. I almost always go for lunch when I go. Price is reasonable and maybe better than a lot of sit down and order restaurants. Restrooms are kept clean. I go about once a month maybe twice as a special treat for myself. Happy Eating!!
