We have been in the Katy area for 10 years now and this is hands-down the BEST Thai food ever. Their Pad Kee Mao is insanely good, whether you do it with Chicken, Shrimp or Tofu. They have the most delicious Panang Curry I have ever had. Their Eggplant dish is the perfect blend of flavor and fullness. And my favorite is their Bangkok Tower Roll; the rice-less sushi roll which is our must-order every time. They have Thai spice levels so make sure you choose wisely. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Note: this dish was cooked after it was ordered in the restaurant and brought straight home to eat (nearby). There was a delay prior to the order being taken. This used to be my favorite Thai restaurant, and I have ordered the same dish from them for years: mild yellow chicken curry. I order it the same way every time, and for a long time it was consistently excellent... creamy, yellow, mild, and full of the yellow curry flavor I loved. Unfortunately, over the past handful of orders, the dish has changed completely. This is not just a small inconsistency or normal sauce separation. It tastes like a different recipe or a different curry base is being used. Instead of the creamy yellow curry I used to get, the sauce has been dark orange/red, oily, peppery, and much closer to red curry than yellow curry. There is visible red oil pooling on top and leaking out around the food, and the flavor, texture and mouthfeel are completely different. ☹️ I have given the restaurant multiple chances because this was my favorite Thai place for years, but the same issue is consistently happening. Before more recently, this only happened a few times, randomly. Now it has happened repeatedly, many times in a row. I am very disappointed because I no longer feel like I can count on getting the yellow curry I used to love here. I hope the restaurant looks into whether the yellow curry recipe, curry base, or kitchen preparation has changed, because the current version does not taste like the mild creamy and flavorful yellow curry they used to serve. (Please see photos of "yellow curry" with chicken. The oily orange-red photos are my order today. The third photo is the picture from the owner and is what my yellow curry used to look like.)

The place serves good Thai food. We went on a Saturday evening and it had decent number of people. The ambience is nice and service is good too. Coming to food, some dishes were very good and some pretty average. We liked the pineapple fried rice with yellow curry. The crispy spring rolls were amazing but didn’t like the soft spring rolls. The pad Thai was a bit disappointing and looked on sweeter side and even the red curry was average in taste. But still a good place to visit if I have to order the items which I liked.

I’m really disappointed with how this restaurant is handling takeout orders. I placed a simple pickup order—just a basic Pad Thai—and they automatically added a tip without asking. For a takeout dish that costs $17, it’s frustrating to see an extra charge added as if it’s mandatory. If the true cost of the dish is higher, they should just price it honestly instead of tacking on a tip for a pickup order. It feels misleading, and it makes me question where the money is actually going and why customers are being pushed to cover what should be normal business costs.

It's always great when a friend can recommend a restaurant when you're visiting out in the burbs. We drove 30 mins to eat here and I was definitely not disappointed! Nicely decorated restaurant that was further complimented with great service. Our waiter was very knowledgeable in terms of the menu items. I asked for a deviation from one of the dishes and they were happy to accommodate. The food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious! My only complaint... they are too far away from where I live ;) I look forward to visiting again next time I'm in the area.
