It was okay ... Service and atmosphere: The staff were friendly and helpful. Fairly attentive as well. Unfortunately, some staff members were speaking too low so we couldn't hear them saying what meats were being delivered. This could have been due to loud music played too. The restaurant was organised. The plastic plates that they served food on were way too used and had brown marks/imprints from being used so much. Food and drinks: Good selection on the menu but the quality in my opinion wasn't there. The thinly sliced meats looked dried up. Other meats were okay. All sides to accompany the meats were on the sweet side (including kimchi). Pricing: $$/$ depends on the type of meat cuts you opt for.

Not an error review. 2nd time back. 1st time amazing. Came again tonight around 9:30pm for my bday tonight, and was not greeted by the front “hostess”, a short female of Spanish descent. She takes us to our table, and takes us to a dirty table, I understand it’s busy. I’ve been a server, and manager at several restaurants. I ask her nicely could someone clean the table, I guess I didn’t hear her respond, so I asked nicely again. She proceeds to give me the rudest meanest death stare side eye for a good 3 seconds before RUDELY responding, “I’m doing it”. Ok, point taken, understood. Could have smiled and nicely it in a different way. I understand it’s late and I’m sorry for not hearing you, but she needs retraining on just smiling & responding professionally. That’s all. I still had a good bday.

I’ve been to this place multiple times, and I’ve always been impressed by their food. They offer a wide variety of meats at reasonable prices, and I’ve always had a great time there. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and delicious meal.

The food is good for the price, and they offer three all-you-can-eat menu options. I recommend the standard menu since it’s very complete, but if you’re willing to spend a bit more, I highly recommend the premium menu to try high-quality meat. Our waiter, Bryant, provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time, I definitely recommend him. The only “downside” is that the seating is a bit tight at the tables, but other than that, it’s a restaurant I strongly recommend for enjoying plenty of delicious food.

Sean was a great server, he handled our table so well. We were very satisfied with the food, although during the service a got hit with a pen cap. But overall good fun.
