Worst service and experience I've ever had at the POST. Got a strawberry cheesecake shake and it tasted like watered down flavorless vanilla ice cream. Also got the Mangonada and the girl left off all the toppings that came with it then loudly expressed to her coworker that we were complaining too much over something stupid when we asked for the toppings that is supposed to come on it. Will never recommend or go back that is for sure.

I got the italian Ice mango and strawberry flavors and was served by jessica today. Her work is amazing. I love the way she made sure all my needs were met and how quick she was even though it was pretty busy, she made sure to be nice and even complimented my style. She is super nice and I will definitely be back

EDIT: The reply should say enough as it doesn't address the issue beyond what I've already said here. Condescendingly saying what could've been done yet these options were not presented in the moment. Also using "mama" to address a customer is quite unprofessional. Perhaps rude was an overstatement, my apologies, so I will say he was dismissive and unhelpful instead. Tasted pretty decent, but the service from the manager or maybe was the owner was rude. I got about halfway through my shaved ice and asked for more chamoy. He rudely replied it can't be done and left it at that. Though I understand health code rules, he could've at least offered to put some in a new cup on the side, or put down his phone and apologized.

Tried it for the first time, got the Mango Madness, Strawberry Kiwi and Blue Bomb. Finished it and went back for seconds, then Tony (the owner) hooked me up with a free scoop! Definitely coming back!
