False advertising! The product I received looked like a poor knock off of the picture advertised. When I asked if they could adjust it to match the photo more closely, I was told they couldn’t due to >manager policy

I got the italian Ice mango and strawberry flavors and was served by jessica today. Her work is amazing. I love the way she made sure all my needs were met and how quick she was even though it was pretty busy, she made sure to be nice and even complimented my style. She is super nice and I will definitely be back
