Fusion Grill

We stopped here a few years ago & then I saw a review on Katy Foodies on FB that mentioned Fusion as one of the best restaurants for burgers in the Katy area. Today, we were looking for a burger place to celebrate two birthdays & decided to give it a try. What a pleasant surprise! This place is totally underrated and you can’t really see how truly awesome this small restaurant is from the street. The ambiance is really cool as soon as you go in. The staff are very friendly, the menu is pretty outstanding, including the drinks menu and the food.. the food is TOP 10! Totally underrated. We ordered a lot of food. The ribeye, the chips & queso, the coconut seafood casserole, the creole seafood platter, the Goat burger, the kids cheeseburger & the molten cake. All tasted fantastic! The place was packed on a Sunday and there were large family groups, couples & even singles just eating at the bar. Totally suitable for all party sizes but I would highly recommend it for dates. It’s really pretty inside.

My husband brought me here for the first time for my birthday and everything was absolutely AMAZING! This was the best restaurant I've been to in a while and the food flavors were beyond fantastic! The menu...Wow! The atmosphere is beautiful and I had the most WONDERFUL birthday lunch. Our waiter, Raul, topped this experience off with the best service anyone could give! This is my new, favorite happy place!

This restaurant is a must try. Everything we ordered was delicious. The pictures we took don’t do justice to how good the food actually looks and tastes. We tried the Burrata, Gaucha Burger, Lone Star Burger. We also had the Tres Leches and the Matilda Chocolate cake for dessert but we took those to go and everything was tasty and full of flavor. 10 ⭐️’s for sure!

What a awesome place!! The food is so so so good! And the people I don’t even know how to say how nice they were! jose and Miguel are the best! Best drinks I had for a while. It was fun and high quality service and food. I drove 1h and was worth it!! I will always drive for food like that this!

You would never know such an restaurant was in the neighborhood! Food was delicious, kids loved it also! Burgers were HUGE! Even for the kids! The sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked! Not greasy but juicy! The chips and queso 5 out of 5! I’ll definitely be back!
