Jason was our server and he was 10/10. The establishment was clean and the other staff seems friendly, but the food unfortunately not good. It wasn’t absolutely terrible but definitely not worth the price point. There was 5 of us and 3 complained that the food was too salty and the seasoning was not all the way through the meat. The sides were marinated fine but the appetizers were bad. The calamari was straight rubber, no where near edible, and the cheese in the cheese sticks tough. Overall, the price did not match the value of the food at all.

Went for my birthday dinner yesterday. The food and waitress was perfect but we had to wait 10+ minutes and no one came to collect payment so we went to pay at the front. The older lady charged us and saw we left no tip in the receipt and made a statement about how it’s a 100 dollar bill but no tip as we were walking out. We left cash at the table. Won’t be coming back after that statement

Quality service goes a long way and as good as the food is here, it’s disappointing that the service is lacking. My server, Amory was overwhelmed, but still very kind and prompt. I could tell he was pretty new to the team and as a server. He seemed to be in the weeds. However, his teammates were disappointing. I understand sections and I understand not being “tipped” for helping your teammates, but helping each other out goes further than anything. It keeps an establishment going and helps prevent disgruntled guests. I asked the server, Kat, that was near his section for a crab leg cracker and she instantly said, “let me find your server”. Yes, my server is at fault for not checking our section often enough, but grabbing utensils is a simple task that doesn’t need to be put in the POS system which is the only thing you should have to ask my server for assistance with. As servers, you should hep each other out at all times because it helps the business as a whole. She could have just helped out and gotten the cracker. Instead she ignored and avoided our section afterwards even though I asked 3 different times. I found it ridiculous and even my child was confused as to why she couldn’t just help. As small as an issue as this was, it did affect my experience. Good service goes a long way and based on previous reviews it’s an ongoing issue. Teamwork makes the dream work and I hope your staff learns the importance of this soon.

We were in the area and want some crawfish. Not bad for it being early in the season.. Our server Elsie was ABSOLUTELY the sweetest . Her customer service was 10/10 . We definitely will be coming back

LOVE their fried shrimp! I get it every time I have a taste for good fried shrimp. I got it delivered each time so I'm not sure about the atmosphere and service. Ordering through UberEats with Crafty Crab has been great!
