Terrible, I doordashed gumbo and they gave me VEGETABLE soup because they didn’t “have any more” imagine my frustration when i open my soup and there is tomato soup with vegetables…. because they didn’t “have it” first why is it on the website and why would you not call the customer to inform them ????? Incompetence at its finest. Not only do i not have soup now and im sick, i have to play on the phone with doordash just to get my money back.

Love their Cali Bowl. Liquid eggs with avocado, Greek yogurt and quinoa with tomatoes and spinach. Hardly crowded and they portion size is decent.

I'm giving a 5 star plus because they're usually good and I throughly enjoy their products especially there smoothies, they are awesome but today the gentleman that made my drinks was no bueno. It was disappointing. By the time I walked back to my job across the street(Central Library)...My drink looks like this it started separating and I shook it and it still separated...very disappointing since I couldn't return back to Fresh before they closed and my break was over... Not a happy camper...👀💀🤷🏾‍♀️

I wish that I could give a better review because I’ve loved Fresh Healthy since long before this location existed. However, the wait can be up to 30 minutes, it is expensive and today marks the third time that I ordered a small smoothie but was charged for and given a regular. I’m not going to wastefully return it on the spot but the fact that this has happened so many times has caused me to say something... and no receipt is given in person so you basically go on trust while you wait 30 minutes to figure out what you just paid for.

Vegans beware. They offer vegan protein options but will give you actual chicken. I hadn't had chicken in well over 7 years and ordered the vegan option. They instead gave me dry old chicken. The textures are obviously very different so I knew right away. I went back and politely asked that they remake it without chicken. They decided it would be too much work to remake it so they plucked out some of the chicken and mixed in the substitute. It was so obvious that I just asked for a refund. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
