Happy to find this location. My usual go to location in Stafford / Sugarland area closed down and remembered the food was really good at that location. They had Koolaid as well which was a plus lol. This location has good food as well but wish the chicken had a little more Cajun kick to it like the previous location. Red beans and rice were super close taste wise from previous location. Mashed potatoes had a darker gravy which definitely wasn’t the same Cajun debris gravy the previous location had. Service was excellent, food was fresh and the staff was very friendly here at FM529 location. I will be back again soon! Add more Cajun spice and some koolaid to the menu please!

I always enjoy eating at Frenchys! I used the drive thru lane this time and Keiori was my cashier at the windrow. She is very sweet and professional! Made my drive through experience pleasant

I frequent this frenchy's location in Cypress on FM 529 because of the amazing customer service and freshness of the chicken. I live 4 cities away. It takes me almost an hour just to drive to this location. The customer service is unmatched! Every employee Smiles, Greets You, and their food is always fresh!!!! I have "NEVER" had a bad experience at this location. If you're looking for great food, great customer service, and a clean restaurant...fm 529 frenchy's is unmatched!!!

I went to this restaurant and the food terrible. The got three orders of the 5 wings. They were cold, fried to hard, oil tasted bad. Also, the fries was cold. I call back and express to the manager Keiori and informed her my issue. She said that I need to come back to the store and bring the food back. I advised that at this point it was trashed and I wasn’t going to drive 20 mins back and with traffic. I asked for her general manager. She stated his name was Via he would call me the next day. I didn’t receive a call back from him. I had to call back to the store. When I did speak with Via he said he couldn’t refund me my money back. That is something they do not do. He could as a courtesy give me 5 wings. I advised I care not to ever eat at this establishment ever again. So, you give me bad food and want me to come back again for more bad food. That is crazy and unacceptable. I will make sure I post on my social media platforms the experience I had. We didn’t reach a resolution.

I am a usual healthy eater, but Frenchy's is one of my dirty secrets . I love it here don't judge me, I had a craving for some solid fried food and frenchy's didn't disappoint. This new store front restaurant they have is gorgeous on the inside and out great choice of ambiance. Upon entry I was greeted with a huge smile and received great service, the wait was a few minutes. Totally worth it for some extremely fresh food, the chicken and shrimp were cooked throroughly and the fries were crunchy and flavorful. My only desire would have been that they let the food fry a tad bit longer for more crisp! I was extremely satisfied and will be back in a couple months
