Frenchey's Chicken

I ordered a whole lemon cake this morning and paid almost $40 for it. I went to run errands after dropping the food off to my family. When I came home I wanted a slice of cake just for it to be a 7 Up cake from the grocery store. I can’t even return it because my family fat tails didn’t say anything until after they ate it. Check the cake before you leave!

All the co workers seem like they hate serving you except for this one young boy with. They always forget something with my order or get it wrong entirely I suggest the owners get new and more vibrant staff. Food takes good because of the recipe not the cooks

Lol I got duped this place is not Frenchy’s chicken. There is an extra E. I made the same mistake that many other reviewers made. The font is similar but this ain’t the same frenchy’s established in 1969. Reminds me of McDonalds vs McDowells lol. The food I got was good at least, it was hot. But it hasn’t been consistent - other times it has been like it’s just been sitting there. It’s not a bad spot at all for a chicken fix despite not being THE frenchys, but I do feel duped. Still - don’t wanna wait in line at the original? Give this place a try, just know what to expect.

I don't understand why they had to write down my driver license and credit card information on a note pad at the register when I paid for my order. That practice could lead to identity theft and fraudulent charges on my credit card. I have never experienced this practice at any other establishment.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION!! The chicken 🔥 and the customer service is on point. The staff is always working hard .. they don’t play what the sign says is what it is no substitute!! Come eat from the original Frencheys location and feel that Houston vibe of that some good ass chicken ..
