The atmosphere was wonderful and the service was nice but the food…was not something to brag about. I ordered the mother nature bowl with added steak and an olive oil lemon cake. The presentation was beautiful however the meals lacked flavor. The steak was dry and chewy and the lemon cake looked cooked but felt raw and tasted as if it was soaked in olive oil. I would not eat here again by choice but if I had to, I would add tamari (soy) sauce to my meal and not order the steak or cake again.

Met up with some friends for dinner and had a great meal! I was delighted and suprised to see the great options they had for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free foods. They really do have lots of options for a variety of lifestyles and dietary needs. The space is very cute, the decor is bright yet cozy with lots of open space. They would be great for just a party of 2 or a large party. The staff is friendly and made some great recommendations. I really enjoyed the spiced apple and berry sangria and my salmon with gluten free mac n cheese and brussel sprouts. As someone who recently had to go gluten free I would have never know the pasta was different. Highly would recommend coming here for a good meal and fun atmosphere.

Tried a new spot today and ordered two very different dishes both surprisingly good in their own way. Herb Bowl (first dish) This bowl comes loaded with fresh herbs — mint, dill, parsley — so if you love bright, punchy flavors, this one hits. Underneath the herbs, there’s roasted veggies, tomatoes, onions, and a creamy drizzle that pulls everything together. It tastes super fresh and almost Mediterranean-inspired. Definitely on the lighter/cleaner side, but still flavorful. Stir-Fry Noodles with Chicken (second dish) This was the comforting dish of the meal. Chewy noodles, sautéed veggies, tender chicken, and lots of textures from the mushrooms, peppers, and cashews. It has that slightly sweet, savory, sticky sauce that makes it feel like a warm, cozy noodle bowl. Really satisfying and balanced. Both dishes were great in completely different ways one super fresh and herbaceous, the other hearty and flavorful. Perfect if you’re dining with someone who wants something “clean” and someone who wants something “comfort food.” Portions were generous and everything tasted fresh.

Today was my first time eating at the Heights location and it did not fail to impress! Great ambiance with tons of seating space and natural light. The food was fast, fresh, and super yummy. The employees were incredibly friendly and attentive to our table! Love this neighborhood gem and can’t wait to go again!

This Flower Child restaurant is definitely a fantastic place to eat and enjoy, specially if you are into natural and healthy eating. All dishes are made-from-scratch, catering to all lifestyles like vegetarian and vegan, meat-eating and gluten-free, as well as keto and paleo. To point out at a given dish, be it a salad, a bowl, a wrap, or any of the variety of mix-and-match veggies, grains, fruits and healthy proteins would be superfluous as ALL dishes are very well prepared and delicious. Of the several Flower Child restaurants I have visited this was for me one of the best ones. Great atmosphere and great service. I’m certainly looking forward to returning to explore the menu further!
