Probably one of the few Salvadorian restaurants I really enjoy going to. I’ve had a little bit of everything already from their menus. Food is always fresh, only downside it does take a little longer to receive. My favorite dish from here is their Salpicon. Minced meat with mint, radish and seasonings. It’s has a hing of ting to it. They have agua frescas, my go to has always been Jamaica not overall sweet - just right. Wednesday’s they have $1 pupusas, they are on the smaller size than your average. Food is there now my only complaint is their waitress. I’ve met their owner and she is super sweet. The waitress just seems bothered each time I walk in there. No smile, not welcoming whatsoever. As if she doesn’t enjoy her job, unfortunately this has occurred multiple times. Overall, good quality is there. Clean establishment, dim lights and soft music.

We recently ate here. Food was delicious! I don't know what magic they put in those beans but I wanted to clean out that bowl for every ounce that was in there. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back.

Yes, it’s a yummy restaurant, but if you’re looking for a small events space, look no further. I have hosted 2 graduation parties here and it has been the perfect venue for 50 people or less. Ana worked with me to come up with a delicious menu, once as a buffet option where guests served themselves, and the latest was as sit down table service. There’s enough space for a flower wall or 360 Photo Booth. Ana is very accommodating and will work to make your event extra special!! Highly recommend!

Flor De Izote had me at the name, and kept me with the food... this diamond in the rough is as authentic and beautiful as it can be, especially on the inside. This place is what it needs to be and I hope to never see it change, it brings me back to the nicer places of El Salvador where I remember taking the family out to see for some good food and scenery. I feel like the guy from Ratatouille lol definitely enchanted. First impressions matter! Will be back for sure 😀
