We had been looking forward to trying Fleming’s for quite some time and finally decided to give it a visit. We ordered a filet, dry aged ribeye, loaded mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and drinks. Both steaks were cooked to a perfect medium; however, they lacked flavor. Before we even tasted the steaks, our server asked if we would like A1 sauce, salt, or pepper. We declined, as at a restaurant with this price point, seasoning shouldn’t be necessary. After tasting the steaks, though, it became clear why the offer was made. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night, with only about eight tables occupied, yet the service was extremely slow. Our server apologized multiple times, which we appreciated, but the delays were still noticeable, especially given that the restaurant did not appear to be understaffed. The sides were enjoyable, and we had no complaints there. On our way out, I stopped to use the restroom and noticed the toilet paper was nearly gone, fortunately, there was just enough. The restroom itself was also not very clean and had an unpleasant odor. Overall, I wouldn’t place this restaurant in the same category as other high-end steakhouse chains like Mastro’s, Ruth’s Chris, or Perry’s. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but the overall level of disappointment and dissatisfaction made this experience hard to overlook.

I hadn't been here in a couple years and really missed it. Last Friday for dinner I ordered the exact same things I ordered on the previous visit. I ordered a NY Strip very rare and Chocolate Lava Cake for dessert. They also gave a really good, fresh bread with two types of homemade butter; cream cheese and red wine-onion types. Everything was really delicious, juicy and high quality. The steak was really well-seasoned, had a great crust and cool center. The fat on it was generous and combines so well with both the leaner bites and the slight firmness of the steak itself. The lava cake was rich, chocolatey and like a very soft brownie containing a warm, gooey, ganache center. The cookie slabs added some sweet, crispy contrast. The berries n ice cream cooled off some of the heat. These are my 2 favorites to order here and I also really like their big filet and key lime pie a lot as backups. The service was very welcoming, attentive, friendly and efficient in all ways.

My husband and I visited Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse last Tuesday for date night and it was one to remember. The 32 oz tomahawk was better than the A5 Japanese Wagyu we have at Mastro’s! Service was outstanding and the ambiance was comfy. Highly recommend!

We used to frequent the Fleming's in Akron, Oh and we're delighted that there was one in Houston when we moved. The ribeye, filet, and Fleming's potatoes are always top notch and consistent. Highly recommend. Our most recent visit was for our anniversary and it did not disappoint.

My husband made reservations for our anniversary and it was Lovely evening. The table was lightly decorated. We enjoyed surf and Turf meal with some very good cocktails of blueberry lemon drop and strawberry basil gin. As an added touch We were given champagne with our desert and a picture to remember the night! We also had a fantastic server which just added the cherry on top of a great Experience!
