Five Guys Burgers & Fries

Next time you have a BOGO.. bring in more staff and or turn off the orders ! Over an hour wait… keep in mind i ordered online. Pretty rediculous considering the app and email notification mentioned orders being ready in 12-14 minutes. Staff did there best with what they had. But the staff continued taking orders even though orders just kept coming in from online.

Great service and kindness! I stopped by Five Guys and ordered a milkshake, but I was short a little on the total. The guy at the counter was super understanding and just said it was fine — no attitude, just genuine kindness. You don’t see that a lot these days. It made my day and honestly reminded me why I love coming here. Thanks again for being such a good person and treating people with respect.

My First Five Guys Experience! I visited Five Guys for the first time last week, and I'll definitely be back! The food was delicious. My burger was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor, and the fries were a highlight. You get a huge amount, even when you order the small size. I also liked that the junior burger was a good, manageable size. The staff at this location were fantastic. They were super friendly and hardworking, and you could tell they took pride in their work. The whole restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great first experience, and I can't wait to go back for another burger and those amazing fries!

I am very disappointed in the way I was treated at this location. I love five guys and I think the food is amazing. When I walked into this location today nobody smiled or greeted me …not even the manager..Two minutes later two women of another race walked in and were greeted immediately!!! My concern was addressed to the manager..The feeling of being discriminated against is disheartening. I will not be returning.

I wanted to hate this place because it had been really hyped up; I didn't want to b.h Ve on the bandwagon. But I'm sold on this burger joint! What a great experience!!! The cheeseburger was Tasty!! I shared it with my date and it was filling and flavorful. I can't talk enough about the French fry seasoning!!! I'll give this place the nod over what-a-burger because of their execution.
